My husband and I are retired and have purchased several vehicles over the years. We have never had a car-purchasing experience to match our recent visit to Larry Miller's Scion-Toyota in Colorado Springs. Aside from having the vehicle we wanted right there on the lot, the most influential factor in highly-rating this dealership had to do with Jamie Olson, the Sales Consultant who worked with us. Jamie is clearly an asset to the dealership. He is personable, highly knowledgeable, and most importantly, he carefully listened to our needs and was able to match our desires with the dealership's vehicle inventory. Jamie is clearly authentic and straightforward by nature, and so avoided wasting our (and his) time during the negotiations. Following the sale, he spent a good deal of time helping us learn to operate the vehicle's more "technical" (for us) features, including the blue-tooth voice-activated phone connectivity. We drove away feeling confident that both we and the dealership were winners in the transaction; we will definitely be returning to Larry Miller's for all our vehicle maintenance needs, even though it's a 2 1/2-hour drive for us. Their Service Department appears quite efficient and well-appointed; we also had a very informative and engaging visit with Accessory Specialist Sheila Paulson, who assisted us in becoming familiar with various web-based tools, ordering procedures, and the many specific benefits the dealership offers. Truly worthy of the excellent rating!

I wanted to purchase a used vehicle and I started my search at Larry Miller. To my surprise, I found the car I had been searching for, the price, the financing and the customer service ! All my apprehensions and concerns about buying a vehicle were vaporized when I drove into Larry Miller's. I would highly recommend this dealership and all associated with the Motor City dealership! Very bad experience. I would not recommend my salesman named mentioned above. Was rushed through my whole shopping experience. Was left in the parking lot at 11 at night by myself without knowing how to properly operate the vehicle I just purchase. When I went in the next to complain, I dont think they really cared. Love the car, but not the experience. If you do happen to go there, go see Jamie Olson. If not for him, I would have told them to take their car and shove it. Once again, Roman is the worst salemsn EVER!!!!!

Before I enter my details, it is interesting that all other review sites have this company very low, but this site has them very high... But then, upon reading all the high reviews, every high review knows the first and last name of the associates they "dealt with"... Seriously? When is the last time you had your car serviced and you know both the first and last name of the people who helped you... I would say most of the high ratings on this site are associates of Larry Miller.... Then, look at all the low ratings, and you will see the person giving the rating only knows the first name or doesn't know the name at all (seems more realistic to me)... So, here is my rating.... On two occurrences, I had an appointment for an oil change... I arrived 5 minutes early, but stood in the bay for nearly 10-15 minutes... Then it took another 70-95 minutes to do the oil change I had an appointment for.... A bit long in my mind... But then, on my first oil change, I was driving down the road, and then I had burning oil coming from my engine... I immediately pulled over, and "oooops" they forgot to put my oil cap on.... Second appointment for oil change, they did a tire rotate.... I left and started going down the interstate, but had to immediately pull over as my car was shaking violently... I had to take back roads to get home... I took my car to Sams Club the following day, and they said none of the tires had balancing weights on them... Seriously!!!! So sams balanced and car was just fine again... So then comes my experience in sales... My wife and I have spent hours upon hours of research, knowing what car to buy, and upon going to the lot for assistance, it took over 40 minutes to get assistance... Then, the assistance we got was terrible, as if we were interrupting their smoke break as the two sales persons were talking to each other, and I finally found someone to help me, and I went up to where they were and actually stood in front of them for close to 2 minutes before one of them acknowledged me.... Needless to say, I left, went to another dealer and purchased from them, which was a bit better experience... I highly recommend avoiding this place, and realized that the high ratings on this site are most likely associate ratings of themselves.

It was easy and he listened to what I wanted and the whole team assisted me in getting out of the food f350 that turned out to be accompanied a nightmare. As a soldier I didn't fall pressured and they kept me informed with the process. My first new car and a blast to drive. I can't stop racking up the miles. Scion needs to stop making the tc such a fun car.

Staff and service were most excellent. My wife and I were treated with friendliness, humor, and respect. Our experience was one of the best car shopping experiences we have ever had! Robert was extremely helpful and listened to what we needed. We had already researched the vehicle that we were interested in on the internet. We came for a closer inspection and to do a test drive. We did not expect to buy here and had planned on going to Boulder and to Frederick to look at other cars that we were interested in. Robert answered every question that we had, learned what we needed, and responded with a deal that worked for us. He did not waste our time as another Toyota dealer in Town had done. Robert was very professional which is more than I can say for the other sales people at this location. Several of them agressively tried to get us to work with them rather than with Robert. They lacked class, courtesy, and reflected poorly on this dealer.

Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The terms, warranties, and new car features were clearly explained and all questions were answered. The search for this vehicle was initiated on the internet and I received a timely response in finding the car with the desired features I was looking for.

To Toyota South in Colorado Springs, CO:
We came in to test drive a RAV4, one of three vehicles on our 'to-buy' list after researching.

From walking in the door, we were turned off. No real perk of interest from anyone as we walked in.
Salesman immediately wanted to do things his way instead of listening. Lots of talk, no real listening.
Disregarded my wife; who was to be the primary driver of this new car.

The 'great' part was waiting out front on a cold snowy day, with a car seat and 4 yo waiting...waiting; and waiting...for the salesman.
We recieved no explaination as the salesman disappeared, and no sign of him, nothing but waiting.
No one visible in the car lot as we searched for him.
Finally ended up just leaving...

How I hate the 'I know more than you' salesman.
We bought from another Toyota dealership the next day.
