Overall good experience and Lance was on the ball, knew his job quite well.No hard pushy sales tactics. Even though I had done the research and pretty much had my mind made based on the website,it was nice to have someone with all the facts and his ducks in a row.

I recently went to Larry Hill Imports and bought a 2005 Nissan Altima SER. Larry Andrews is the sales person. He and the Sales Manager worked with me and gave me a very good deal. They went out of their way to make the deal and do the paper work in a very timely manor. If you need a quality import,at a good price, go check them out!

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I felt the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly each step of the way, and I didn't feel they were trying to play the shell game. Mario and Lance and all employees including the sales mgr were a pleasure to work with. I also had excellent after the sales support when I called. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership. I like the website and working with Mario before visiting the dealership save me time, which I am very short on. He was very patient with answering any questions that I had before and after the sale.

We arrived just before closing, not by design but due to my own work schedule. You would have never know it by the service we received. Dean was open and honest and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed to make an informed decision about our purchase. We had a good experience at Larry Hill which is good for me because I simply loathe the process of trading cars at some dealers.

Salesman Mario Longoria made my experience at Larry Hill Ford a very pleasant experience. In fact all of the employees I encountered were universally and extremely
nice to me. There was one exception but I won't go into that here. I hope to talk with Mr. Hill about that experience but I won't let it spoil my opinion of this excellent dealership. Even though I have yet to talk with the owner, I am happy with this dealership overall.
I love my new truck and the people there worked quickly to resolve any problems.
Mario Longoria worked for and preserved my business. He should win an award.
I highly recommend this dealership and would advise you to seek Mario when you visit.

My husband and I went to the dealership to just find out some information about purchasing a new vehicle. The salesman was so friendly and knowledgable. He wasn't pushy and didn't pressure us at all. The whole experience was awesome. I would highly recommend Larry Hill Ford to anyone even considering buying a new vehicle.

I have and still think auto delearships are not the most honest people in the world, but we need auto's for our mobility. This dealership seems to be an honest one and the employees there are friendly. I also do not think it is important for me to write 250 words.
