Tony Burgireno is the example of exemplary employee that has gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I suddenly had found myself without power steering and was over warranty about 100 miles when I had the issue. Tony and his manager went to bat for me with Ford and they repaired vehicle at no charge to me. They provided a rental car and had my car fixed a day early. Need I say more?! Job Excellence which promotes customer loyalty! Great job Tony!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly.. David Babbitt was very friendly, easy to talk to and deal with. He listened to what we wanted and did his best to accommodate us. Best car buying experience I have ever had..I would recommend everyone looking for a easy car buying experience to go here. I thank everyone for all there help.

Tony was very friendly on the phone and was even more personable and helpful in person. He aswered all of my questions with expertise and confidence and made me feel very comfortable getting my vehicle serviced there. He even somehow got them to have my tires rotated plus an oil change in less than 20 minutes--for a hybrid, that's a record for me!! I was very impressed with his customer service skills and will definitely return for service because of my positive experience with Tony.

I am very grateful for the gentlemen that helped me. There was no sales pressure, just help. They answered all my questions and made it very clear about the benefits of the vehicle and financing and warranty. Even the other sales people were friendly and even went out in the rain to make sure their was no one outside without an umbrella. I was very impressed with the way Larry Hill does business and will recommend them in the future. The warranty was another reason I purchased my vehicle. To have oil changes and tire rotation and I purchased GAP and the extended warranty also. I like knowing if something goes wrong all I have to do is take it in. So as a customer, I suggest Larry Hill to continue allowing his team to help those even with not the best credit and to keep up the good work.

I came down to the dealership because my son Adrian Kirkpatrick had gotten 2 cars. I have been checking the website and seeing the ads on tv doing drive thru. I saw a car that caught my eye we saw a dealer eyeing us and we got out of the car and started talking with Johnny he was full of energy and very knowledgeable about the car my husband and I was very impressed with the price and size and look so we started thinking hey we can do. Johnny saw I worked with Cleveland City Schools and he had come from a system in Rhea county and we got to talking (like old friends) and found out we knew the same person that taught at the school I am currently working with I told him this is a sign. We exchanged numbers and made an appt to come the next day we waited to late and the car was sold but he told us if we like the one car he had another we would love he was right and we came in did the test drive realized that it was a much better fit in every area and sit down to do the paper work. He is a newby but the seasoned staff was there to help him and they was fun and smiling and you could tell they love their job it was a wonderful atmosphere to be around we was there for 4 hours didn't realize it and had a great time laughing and joking. My husband had a lot of health issues and this car was not a luxury item but a must have item he goes to dialysis 3 days a week and I work full time it was so hard arraigning time to pick up and drop off our one car to each other to get to appt and work and pick up grandkids from school this car will make a wonderful change in our lifestyle and more of a freedom to get our jobs done. I can tell you these guys are wonderful people and is a credit to the company I know the owner has to be proud that they represent the dealership with intergrity and honestly and joy I can say the only cars I see on the road now is Larry Hill ford and now I will be one of them. My son will receive a bonus for his referral and I will do the same because I will tell everyone how great of an experience it was with us. Thank You guys it was a life changer.
