My Review of Larry Hill Ford:
I was looking a sports car just to play around in. I drove to Knoxville in the morning to look at a Mercedes. It was not the car for me. On my way back home I saw the Larry Hill Imports sign on I-75. I then remembered they always have a good selection of preowned sports cars. I stopped by and met Ryan Hunter. He made me feel welcome right away. I told him I would like to look at the Porsche Boxter he had for sale. He said let me get a tag and we will take it for a drive. We drove up the road a couple of miles pulled over so I could drive.We sat there for at least 20 minutes while Ryan explained features on the car in great detail. This guy really knows his stuff. Then it was my turn to drive. The power and handling of this car blew my mind. I knew by the end of the test drive I had to have it. Ryan partnered with Mr. Little and Mr. Awad to make it happen. I have bought many cars in my 48 years. Never have I had a dealership so knowledgable,friendly and helpful. They are really deticated to making an emotional connection and customer service.

Dustin was very knowledgable about the F-150 I purchased. I did not feel pressured into making a decision. I feel like he did everything he could to make sure the entire process from test drive to taking delivery went smoothly. I would recommend Dustin Hayes to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford.

My Review of Larry Hill Ford:
I came to the dealership to trade my car in for a new one. The level of customer service was great. I brought my elderly in-laws with me. Dustin really made an effort to make them comfortable and to find things to talk with them about. My father-in-law is still talking about how nice everyone was. I had spoken with another salesman over the phone before I came to the dealership and was specific with him about what I wanted. He told me they had the car I wanted on the lot. When I got there I was a little disappointed that I had driven 45 minutes and when I got there they didn't have what I wanted, but Dustin helped me find another car that was satisfactory and even helped me get my sync set up. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.

didnt get there until late last night, all staff was very friendly. dustin hayes the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, i recieved a good offer on my trade in. i traded with them on a f150 pickup and the salesman himself was cleaning it up and filling the tank up at 9.30 at night, to me that is going above and beyond, overall i very good experience

My Review of Larry Hill Ford:
Prior to coming to Larry Hill Ford, I was very skeptical as to the service I would receive. Previously, I had credit problems, so I didn't know if they would even be able to help me. Because of my past credit history, I was very apprehensive about the treatment I would receive. From the moment I met Eric Hill, I was very pleased with the service. Eric didn't criticize me for my past credit history, but he showed me the upmost respect and treated me better than I ever expected. I had the opportunity to meet Shane and Lee. These guys were as friendly as Eric was. They all just made me feel right at home. Not only did I purchase an amazing car, but I am so astonished by the service Eric and Larry Hill Ford provided me with. I have been encouraging all of my friends and family to shop at Larry Hill Ford for all of their future automobile needs. Eric and Larry Hill Ford was truly an answer to my prayers. I cannot thank them enough for what they done for my family and I. Thanks!!!

My Review of Larry Hill Ford:
Took my 2010 Ford Edge in to have a rear turn signal bulb replaced. I spoke with Joe Trentham and Clyde Sheets. Both were very helpful and courteous. Joe told me there would not be a labor charge if I bought the part. When the Edge was delivered to me Joe ask if I had wanted a bulb I had previously purchased used. They had used it instead of charging me for another part.
This is typical of the service I have recieved over the last several years.

They are a super bunch of people.
