My Review of Larry Miller Pontiac Buick Cadillac:
Once the get you in the door, look out! Two days after the car was brought to them and it still would not start. I'd told them when I brought it in, that the starter needed replaced, they replaced my battery instead (when I distintly told them not too) and charged me $151. When I picked it up and it still would not start, they finally tested the starter and decided it was bad (duh), and wanted another $453, plus labor, to replace it. I refused, and the service manger said "what else are you going to do?" I told him I would take it someplace else and he said he would refund my $151 and I agreed. However, he wouldn't do it. He kept arguing saying I had no choice but to get their starter. Finally, after several minutes of his refusal to refund my money, he did. And, they put my old battery back in. When I took it to an independant repair shop nearby, we found that Larry Miller Buick service dept. had split the battery case and it was leaking acid all over requiring me to buy another battery (for $91). Not only did this dealership try to rip me off with their lies and misdiagnosis, they intentially ruined a perfectly good battery (tested at two repair shops prior to me taking it to them). Anyone who trusts any of Larry Millers dealerships will regret trusting their repairs to them. Once they get you in the door, they will make unneeded repairs and charge excessively for their poor service.

My Review of Larry Miller Pontiac Buick Cadillac:
I returned to have warranty work done on a car that I bought new there, and it took 4 visits to get minor things done, even though they knew what needed to be done, and should have already ordered parts. I called them and discussed the issues, they called back and scheduled a time to fix everything, indicating they had the parts and were all ready to complete the work. Instead, they just looked at the car again and THEN ordered parts. They called again and said they had the parts, so I scheduled the work. I arrived expecting the car to be fixed, but they hadn't ordered some of the parts that they KNEW were needed. The next time I came in, they finished most of the work, but they told me that one of my complaints was unfounded, and I didn't need to worry about the noise in the door. It turned out the noise in the door was a missing part that ended up causing $400 of damage that I had to pay for, because the warranty was expired. On another occasion, I took another car in for an oil change. They promised to be done in 30-40 minutes, and I had an appointment. The oil change took an hour and a half and I was late for my appointment as a result. They claimed they don't do oil changes quicker than that because they 'do such a good job' that it couldn't be properly done in less time. In reality, the car sat, untouched, on the ground, in the service bay for over an hour before the grease monkey touched it. When finished, they neglected to tell me about a fluid leak that could have led to a safety issue. Really stupid, since they could have offered to fix it and earn some more money.
