I've been considering getting a new F30 335i for a while. I've tried Braman, Vista, and South BMW.. none of the salesmen there were very friendly, barely even courteous. Next up I called Lauderdale BMW and they connected me to Max Sandoval. Easily one of the most knowledgeable BMW dealers and down-to-earth guy to work with. For once, I could actually talk to a guy who knew exactly what he was selling. I didn't give Max an easy time either, but he handled himself professionally and just kept a smile on. The entire staff up to the sales manager was very welcoming and truly made it a great experience. In the end, I got a great deal and I was VERY satisfied with my experience there. When it's time to purchase another, Lauderdale BMW will be the first place I go to.

Scott Weinbaum is the best! He has gone the extra mile when insurance companies were a problem. He referred me to a sales adviser who gave me a great deal on my new lease. He's easily accessible by phone or email. He always comes through in a pinch. For example, this morning the roadside service was running late and I arrived at Ft. Lauderdale BMW's maintenance at 8:00am and had to be at work for an important meeting and evaluation at 8:30am. He knew this and came out to me as soon as I pulled up with my car. He had a loaner ready for me and I was driving to work before 8:05am. He always has a loaner ready and takes appointments last minute. He's very flexible. If it weren't for Scott, I wouldn't be driving a BMW. I will continue to do business with Ft. Lauderdale BMW (both leasing new cars and service) as long as Scott is working there. He's the main reason I leased another BMW and will continue to lease or purchase a BMW!

Mike was awesome. Best service ever. Bought my first one from Braman and the service was terrible. I would definitely recommend Lauderdale of Pembroke Pines. Ask for Mike!

I was involved in an accident 2 weeks ago. BMW wanted $1400.00 plus tax for the job. My car sat for two weeks and the communication was non-existent. I ended up getting my car towed out of there. I took my car on a Thursday to German Autos in Pompano Beach. I had my car repaired for $351.00 and got it back the next day by 6:00 pm. If anyone wants their car worked on and have great customer service please go to German Autos. Peter is the owner and all he works on are BMW's. I would never purchase a car from ft lauderdale BMW or get work done there. The experience was terrible. I hope this review helps.

This Dealer is honest, clean, easy to find. Staff is professional, friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend Lauderdale BMW for both Sales and Service. They will treat you like family.

This dealership is pure sleaze when it comes to new car sales. My salesman was a nice guy, would recommend him, but he is bound by their procedures. Total game playing and lack of direct dealing. It's all about ripping off the customer. To make it worse, they force you to sit with a finance guy who tries to upsell you on a host of ridiculous packages--environmental package where they wax your car for you for hundreds of dollars? Come on! This is BMW--it should be above this. Does anyone buy this stuff?? They must if they do it...there is a sucker born every day. But it's insulting that they even try. Treat the customer like they have a brain! I was shocked that a luxury car dealer did things this way.

A college at work recommend me this dealer and I am very glad I followed his advice. Excellent customer service. Non pushy style, just informative, they work with you and try to get you exactly what you are looking for. The car was not available in the stock and they configure it and order it exactly as I wanted. The car arrives from Germany when it was scheduled. On top of that we had a special gift for our car from Frank Fuzzer our sales representative from Switzerland that made everything work like clockwork!!!. Great buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Frank to any friend.

Transaction was internet based. Les Cutler was my internet salesman. This transaction could not have been more smooth. All of the information he provided was accurate and honest. Once I got into the showroom all we did was sign the documents. No hidden fees or additional sales pitch. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I took my car in for service and the customer service I received was horrible! While the work done on the car was adequate, the means to an end was certainly no walk in the park. I had to argue with the service advisor telling him exactly what the issue was repeatedly. I will never take my car back to this place. If BMW reads this, I hope they put a close eye on this dealer. One of the worst I have ever dealt with!

The entire experience on my purchase/trade was the best ive received during a car purchase transaction. Honest, efficient, prompt. I already recommended client n family member to Mr.Frank Fuzer- He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful through out the experiece of buying my BMW.
