My Review of Laurel Dodge:
I took my truck to Laurel Dodge when the check engine light came on. After an few hours I was told my 02 sensors needed to be replaced. I had that done paid $454.39 in parts and labor. I drove off the with the check engine light out, a few miles up the road it came back on. I called they said bring it back that day. The mechanic updated the computer, I drove off engine light out, two days later it came back on. I called that monday and was told I could bring it back wensday. I left my vehicle at the night drop around 5:30 AM, by the end of business my vehicle still had not been repaired. I was promised they would get to it bright and early thursday, by the end of business my vehicle still had not been repaired. I found a vacum leak myself and fixed it I thought that might be the problem, but it wasn't. I talked the head person at the service department about the money I spent in parts and labor. Obviously the 02 sensors wern't broken. He told me that 02 sensors need to be replaced anyway and offered me a free oil change. Bottom line three day without my truck and $454.00 later the check engine light is still on.

My Review of Laurel Dodge:
This dealership SUCKS!!! I was transferred 5 times just to get a simple quote on the cost of an oil pan and installation. None of the departments talk to each other their absolutely pathetic. I do not recommend them at all.
