He listened (80%) of the time- to all my needs which is why he made the sale. I already knew I had great credit and a not so good trade but who made it happen for me: Shane He never said no, but he would do his best and with my history I just knew I was driving out of there with my new baby/ well the next day anyway- pleasure doing business with a nice,relaxed office for a change. This is our second time purchasing from Phil at Lawless and we are beyond satisfied! They got what we needed within our tight budget and on a VERY short time restraint. After having both our vehicles totaled in our driveway, we were so very stressed and they made purchasing 2 used vehicles nearly painless. If the RMV would hurry up with the title then we would have our Jeep Grand Cherokee but for now we are happy with our VW Golf, also purchased from Phil. Lawless is so eager to keep satisfied customers, that they have even offered to help us with a rental if our Jeep title has not arrived by the time our insurance will no longer pay for the rentals. The light at the end of the tunnel is growing nearer and its very much due to Phil from Lawless Jeep. Thanks Guys!!

My Review Of Lawless Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram SRT:
The worst experience I have honestly had with a large business.
You would think that after the inappropriate why I was treated with the financing issue that Lawless they would have made an effort to ensure the rest of my buying experience was better -- NOT!
Two weeks after I put a 1k deposit on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler to place the order (that was done over the phone and I was sent a confirmation order with options and sale price) Chris told me that since he did not have the paper work I did not have a deal. This was due to the fact that I had gotten better financing thru AAA. The stealership makes money on the loans they secure from banks, etc. So, I told them to either meet the rate or give me my deposit back since I had "NO DEAL" -- after much BS they offered a slightly better rate. (BTW my sales person quit in the middle of this...) This whole incident blew me out of the water! (I should have backed out at this point -- DUMB!)
I picked up the Jeep on a Thursday night, Chris and Amani promised they would fax the necessary documents to my insurance company the next day so that I could register and have the Jeep inspected.
This did not happen. I emailed, I called and pleaded to have someone take care of the issue so that I could drive the Jeep without the fear of getting pulled over for not having an inspection sticker. Now, Tuesay comes after sending emails and voice mails to Jeff(Operations Manager), Chris and Amani over the weekend and Monday - they promised that it would be done first thing Tuesday morning --- WELL, as of 3:00pm on Tuesday I still had not recieved the registration and all they had to do was send it via email. I was a totally helpless and at the mercy of this dealership -- I couldn't do anything!
After many calls and nasty emails, Amani finally emailed the registration at 4:00pm -too late to get an inspection!!
As the motto goes at Lawless, this saying seems to be rampant - "sorry, we dropped the ball"
Well, I am sorry that I did business with these people and will never make that mistake again.

I have my Jeep, but right now I am so disappointed I don't even want to look at it and that just SUCKS!!!!!!

I had a "great" experience at the Lawless Jeep Dealership..... Kanita Biloglavic was extremely helpful with my review/questions online concerning the vehicle I was interested in and purchased. I met in person with Salesperson Fred Foster, who made, what can be a somewhat stressful experience, very relaxing, there was no pressure. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. My new vehicle was presented upon delivery immaculate and without hassle. Chris Chapman is extremely efficient and very patient with answering my questions and concerns.

I have been leasing Jeeps for eighteen years and have many horror stories about dealerships to tell, some aren't even around anymore and I wonder why. Until 2011, My wife and I leased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and dealt with Phil who had been referred to us. Phil was extremely polite and professional and even delivered our 2011 Jeep back in 2011, outstanding. Recently we received a promotional flyer from Lawless on 2013 vehicles and gave Phil a call. Within a week of the call we were in our 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The deal went off as we wanted and NO back and forth. We couldn't be any happier and will definately deal again with Phil and would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a Jeep or Chrysler product to give Phil a call at Lawless.

Kevin and Chris were great. The only complaint I have is that I went in to buy a car for my grandson, we found a car and wanted to buy it. At first they didn't know where it was (we saw it on line), then they found it and it was having new tires put on it. So the next day my grandson and I went to test drive it. He fell in love with it and wanted to take it home that day. The dealer did not have the title yet. We had to wait a week before we got it. Don't advertise a car if you don't own it yet. But the all the people in Lawless were wonderful but make sure they have the title when you look at a car.

We had an excellent experience with Shane Boucher of Lawless Chrysler Jeep. Excellent pricing and customer service, and a very honorable and upfront approach that was what buying a new car should be like.

We would gladly work with Shane again, and would recommend him and Lawless highly to anyone looking for a new or used car.

What a great experience. I worked with Phil Ossino at Lawless, and he was the opposite of everything I have ever experienced with a sales agent when purchasing my new vehicle. He was knowledgeable, thorough, cared about my needs, and all the while never making me feel like I was being pushed into a purchase. I Highly recommend anyone looking for a car to utilize the knowledge and kindness of Phil. What a great guy, and I love the deal I got on my new Jeep.

Sham is the best! He made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to. He was never pushy or tried to up sell me. He knew what I wanted and was going to get me that car. It was like I was talking with a regular guy and not a salesman! I went to him in 2012 but I was so picky that I couldn't find a car I wanted so I said I'll see him next year.

I went to other dealers in 2013 but didn't like any as much as Sham so I emailed him, he remembered me, and was able to get me a great price so I happily bought from him! The whole process was easy and he was awesome, helpful and understanding the whole time. I highly recommend Lawless, especially Sham!
