Shop does not honor warranty work. I’ve had terrible car buying experiences and the process here at Lawrence Hall was a complete 180 difference. I was able to test drive a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse right before closing and the sales person (Taylor Matos) even took the time to let me see how my car seats and stroller would fit in the back. He answered all of my questions and gave me my space as I checked everything out. I never once felt pressured to make a purchase. I came back the following day to process a trade in and purchase that same Traverse. The trade in I got was great and the sales price was already amazing. I was in and out of the office with keys in hand after 4.5 hours. I don’t think I will be able to recommend Lawrence Hall and Taylor Matos enough. Thank you for giving me a great experience and getting me into the most beautiful 2018 Chevrolet Traverse High Country! ♥️ More
