Lee Automotive is by far the greatest dealership I have ever done business with when it comes to finding a automobile. The same goes for my sales consultant Larry Campbell and the Sales Manager David Drake. Larry was very patient with me and tried to find the right auto just for me at an amazing price. The dealership as a whole has a great flow of service, from the time you pull up to the time you drive you drive away. It's very rare to find a dealership with this level of integrity. I will defintely buy from them again.

We really weren't looking for a new vehicle, but we drove by--this dealership is conveniently located in Niceville--and happened to see a truck that looked exactly like what my husband's wanted, so we stopped. The salesman, Larry, greeted us promptly and he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and forthright. I typically hate buying new vehicles because I can't stand the negotiation process. Over the years, I've developed a tolerable method--I just tell the salesperson the truth. I can't stomach the back and forth, so what is the best price on this vehicle? If I think it's fair, I'll buy it. If not, I won't.

Well, both Larry and the manager took me at my word. They stated the price, we signed the papers, and done was done.

It was hand's down the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. In future, I'll gladly recommend this dealership, Larry, and when I next need a vehicle, I'll shop there.

I think it's very smart business that this dealer has a location in Niceville. As I said, we weren't looking but saw and bought. I think spotlighting specific vehicles is smart, too. And they did a lovely detail job.

All around, it was a terrific experience and we're very happy with the vehicle.

Easiest car/truck purchase we ever made. Larry Campbell asked what we were interested in, showed us cars in our price range and closed the deal. After the test drive it took about 20-30 minutes and we went home with our vehicle. Great guy to work with. We would recommend him to anyone interested in a used vehicle. He had access to their other lots and we never felt pressured from the time we drove onto the lot.

Darwin explained all our paperwork and gave us many options for service plans.

In 40 years of car buying, I have never seen a deal go so fast, so smoothly and so respectfully. My Mother-in-law needed to replace her present car and found a Honda CRV that was in excellent shape at a pretty good price. Larry treated her as if she was the most informed, discriminating, buyer, not some desperate woman with no idea what she was talking about. I went back with her the next day, drove the car myself, and sat in with her during the negotiations with Larry, and in two shakes, she not only got the deal she wanted, she got what she wanted for her trade-in and was out of there in her 2010 CRV in 1 hour. Larry & the sales manager went out of their way to help her get what she need for the right price. I will absolutely refer friends to them. Great location in Niceville. Thanks

They were very helpful, informative and friendly. Mr.Campbell didn't "harass" us like the usual car salesman would do, nor did he ignore us. He was the perfect amount of helpful while still giving us room to discuss the decision amongst ourselves. We would absolutely do business with Lee Automotive again!
