I can't review their sales or even the quality of their service because I never got to that point. Scheduling the first available appointment (2 weeks out) and driving 30 minutes to be there first thing in service because I never got to that point. Scheduling the first available appointment (2 weeks out) and driving 30 minutes to be there first thing in the morning (8am), I was told to fix onstar and address the check engine light it would be a few hours. 6 hours later it hasn't been looked at. 4:30pm it hasn't been looked at. When I said I wanted to come pick it up I was suddenly told it was looked at and everything is OK. I arrive they wouldn't release it. The next morning I went to pick it up and get charged $106. They only reset the check engine light and did not address any of the other concerns. They then were not going to release it untill I signed that I declined to have the recalls that I was unaware of addressed. I would love to have recalls taken care of. This is a shady place that can't be trusted. I called a neighboring dealer service center and they will get it right in for me. I should post the dash cam footage. More

I took my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 to Lee Chevrolet three times to have a rattle fixed under warranty. After three visits to dealership the service manager tells me that they know what the rattle is and that times to have a rattle fixed under warranty. Both were company trucks and neither had the rattle that my present truck has. It can be fixed. More
