My husband Kevin and I recently bought a car from Lee. Robin Cummngs was our sales person. She was Awesome!! Kevin told her a day or two before we went in to see her what we were looking for. She made sure there were a couple of cars there for us to test drive. She also went the extra mile by calling places in the area to see what it would cost for us to get a sun roof put in the car. Robin was very friendly, personable , we felt she was honest with us and gave us a good deal. We would highly recommend her and Lee Credit to our family and friend.

I have been very happy with the service my husband and I have gotten. We recently bought a Harley from LEE, which was out second vehicle here. We had previously gotten a Pontiac which has been a great car for me. I was glad to know that they would have looked into a different bike for us if we had been interested.I would recommend LEE to anyone buying a vehicle. Chris Carr was very friendly and courteous through this process. I like that fact that if there is a problem, it is resolved quickly with this company.

Chris was an awesome sales associate; the vehicle I originally was interested in was sold but Chris looked for other trucks that I may have interest in. Within a couple hours after credit approval I came back and left with my new vehicle. He was efficient, professional, and friendly. I was happy with the warranty contract, any questions i called about were answered in a timely manner, and although I had a few issues with the vehicle Lee's went 100% good for them!! The price was a bit high for a 2003, but for my first car loan I can't complain.

My experience with Melissa can only be described in one word.......AMAZING!!!! In all my years of buying vehicles, I have never dealt with such amazing customer service as I did with her. She made me feel like a friend, not just a customer. I am a mother of 4, and bringing all my kids to a dealership equals NIGHTMARE right? Not with Lee Credit Now. I never left the comfort of my home to purchase my vehicle from them. Melissa and I did everything over the phone and sometimes just talked about everyday life or our kids. They brought the vehicle to me to test drive, and we signed the papers at my kitchen table!!! I highly recommend you going to Lee Credit Now and going through Melissa. You will not be disapointed :-)

I purchased a 06 Chevy Silverado and found it had a vibration between 50-55mph. I called Steve and was set up with a mechanic that does warranty work and was told the tires for the truck were 5 sizes too small. Steve Moran is going to have the tires replace but he has to eat the cost due to someone else's attempt to be frugal; talk about going above and beyond to make the sale a good deal! I would highly recommend working with Steve Moran but would give the vehicle a COMPLETE inspection.

This is the first dealer we went to in our search for a second car in March. Steven was extremely helpful and friendly. He listened to what we were looking for, and in no time showed us the perfect car. The application process was quick and painless. Within a couple of hours we were approved and driving away in our car. Since we bought our 2004 Ford F-150 from Barry Noyse a few years back, we always bring our vehicles to the Newport location for service and inspections. While waiting for our 2000 Ford Focus to be inspected, we took a quick walk around the lot and noticed a great looking silver 2012 Ford Focus, Barry Noyse, noticed our interest and told us to take the car for a test drive but I said no, I wasn't really looking for a new car at the time but thanks just the same. Well, I was wrong. I thought about that car on the lot for the next week until finally my husband told me to call Barry and ask him if he still had the car so I could take it for a test drive. Barry was great, the car was off the lot but he called and got it back and arranged for us to take it for a test drive the next day, which was also his day off. I told him that if we liked it, we'd come in on Friday to do the paperwork so he wouldn't have to come in on his day off. The test drive was great, I loved the car and when we went back to the dealer after the test drive - there was Barry waiting for us! He came in on his day off because he didn't want us to have to wait until the next day to have our questions answered or do the paperwork if we wanted the car. This is not the first time that Barry has gone above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate him. I would recommend the Newport office and Barry Noyse in particular to anyone looking to purchase a good, reliable used car. This dealership and all its employees are an asset in the Newport area and they have the best service and customer service! I just love the new car, its got all the amenities I've never had in a Focus - power windows, rain detecting windshield wipers, leather seats and many more. Thank you so much Barry!

This was an overall pleasant experience. Steve Zaranski was experienced and helpful with a pleasant, no pressure attitude. Throughout the sale he provided us with the answers we needed and, unlike the car salesmen I've dealt with in the past, he didn't try to steer us to a specific vehicle just because it was on the lot. He located the types of vehicles we requested and brought them to us from other dealerships. The entire process was a relatively positive experience and it would be difficult to come up with ways to improve it. I would most certainly recommend this dealership to anyone.
