My Review of Lee Dodge:
Got a flyer in the mail for a free oil change. I thought I might have to buy something for the oil change to be free but I didn't, they told me everything was okay and that I should keep an eye on a couple of things for future refence.

My Review of Lee Dodge:
They were helpful, and I got a good price. I'll be going back. They promised to call me with an estimate and they actually did, when I picked up my car the price was lower than the estimate.

Had a good experience at this dealer. Had been dealing with a dealer locally who was not as good. I'll go back to Lee.

My Review of Lee Dodge:
I recently suffered an accident and went to Lee Dodge because my sister bought her last two Minivans there. They helped me to get my new Journey cheaper than the other dealer that I stopped at and the were actually "nice" to me. The salesman casey was smart and direct with me and took almost an hour showing me the entire car and test driving it to be sure i was comfortable. They actually beat the Edmunds price I printed off the internet and had me driving 2 hours after I walked in with no problems. At the end when I was all done the Manager told me that I would get 3 years free oil changes! Nice deal and cool people to deal with... Thumbs up!

My Review of Lee Dodge:
We were told to come to Lee Dodge by the sales man Jimmy when he was still working at Thomas dodge while we were at Thomas dodge he told us that he was leaving in two days and could get us the price we wanted if we went to the dealership he was going to be working at in a few days. I thought for him to be at Thomas Dodge and telling us to go to where was going to be working was a little shady to begin with but I thought maybe they said it was ok for him to that that. Well we waited and when we got there they did not even have the car we wanted there after us telling him exactly what we wanted prior. So they tried to sell us a car for 10k more than what it was worth I found this to be an insult and I was ready to walk out so then Frank walks over and magically the car is now worth 12k less than what they were trying to sell it to us for. They tell us they are going to have the car trucked in from Massachusetts and that it would be there in two days so we left a deposit for the car. Well two days later I call them and they tell me they need to find someone to go pick the car up and DRIVE it 300 miles to where they were I was like um so you are going to put the first 300 miles on MY BRAND NEW CAR before I do? I then told them never mind I'd rather buy my car somewhere else. So he tells me to hold on and then he comes back and says that he will get it trucked in but I would have to wait 3 MORE DAYS!!! So I said ok but I told him I did not want anymore problems after this. So I get a call back three hours later from the locate manager Casey he says that they can not get the car that I originally wanted and that I would have to pick another car for them to get for me I'm like ok no I'm done. I told them I just wanted my deposit back and that I would go somewhere else to buy my car he literally begged me to buy the car and I said no there was too much dishonesty and that I just wanted to be done with them he said ok he would refund my money. So I get a call from the sales man Jimmy and he too now is begging me to still purchase the car from them and I tell him that I just wanted to be done with them and he told me ok. So when we get to the dealership they are acting very rude and trying to say that I was not working with them. I told him look just refund my money so I could buy my car elsewhere. As we were leaving Frank wanted to make snide comments and I told him not to be sour because I caught on to their game. He then wanted to continue the remarks and I told him to basically go kick bricks he told me yea well see if you get your deposit back and I told him I would take him to court and he told me go ahead he's been there before. I would stay far away from them there is a lot of things going on there that just are not cool and I'm sooo happy I did not purchase my car from them after seeing this behavior from them. I also found my car the next day locally and I left with it the same day. Lee dodge claimed they could not find the car locally. They are crooks they need to be put out of business.
I’m going to file a formal complaint with Dodge about them.

My Review of Lee Dodge:
I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing a car from this very, very shady operation. It's now eight days after purchasing my car and they have yet to provide me the paperwork needed to register my car. I second the observations of the others here- the dealership will definitely try and renegotiate terms, stick in extra fees and renege on any and all promises they may make. Thanks to the reviews here I will follow up and make sure my warranty is registered. I really hope a lawyer or someone from Chrysler with some influence will put these crooks out of business before they cause others headaches.

My Review of Lee Dodge:
My wife's Grand Caravan was stolen so I went in to Lee to order a new one. The 2008's weren’t available so I ordered one and paid cash for a 2006 Town and Country with a guaranteed trade in return price.

When the 2008 came in I went to pick it up and the paperwork was all wrong. They added on extra fees and "forgot" to subtract a $1200 coupon from Chrysler. They even added another $1000 on to the price . I tried to get them to explain the numbers and got the hard sell about "the numbers are all correct" "don't worry about it" etc. After two hard days of trying to get it worked out the condescending, cheating (in my opinion) general manager "Frank" called me "the most unethical person he has ever met".

I don't think I am wrong (it's always possible that I am) but they didn't really try to explain the numbers and were quick to just call of the deal that I think they realize they were wrong...

I lost a lot of money (buying their overpriced T&C while the 2008 was on order) and now I have to start over with a new dealer...

I'd stay away from these crooks.

-David

My Review of Lee Dodge:
I bought a used '05 Dakota from Lee Dodge of Farmindale, NY a few months ago. The entire experience was a battle right from the get-go, due to the nasty used car salesman and sales manager. The only guy there who was the least bit helpful is Ray, the GM of the entire place. After letting me battle with the two completely worthless salesmen, Ray finally stepped in and gave me the deal I wanted. I guess the salesmen took me for a COMPLETE idiot as they tried to screw me every which way possible! I am happy with my truck, but to tell the truth I will NEVER go back to Lee Dodge for anything. Extremely poor customer service. Actaully, they only gave me my truck with one key, which of course is a micro-chipped key. And of course, to obtain another, I was told by the useless saleman that I would need to purchase it at full price, around $200. After I blew him off and went directly to Ray, the GM, I was able to get the key for what Dodge's cost is. It's still bulls**t overall, but I need another key, and I have no time to be tied up in the politics of a car dealership.

My Review of Lee Dodge:
When I purchased a used Dodge Caravan on 8/2002, I also purchased an extended DaimlerChysler Service contract for $1600 + tax totaling $1736. I was told this was a bumper to bumper warranty by a young salesman eager to make a sale. Turns out it was only a power train warranty (my fault for trusting a used car salesman). A little over a year after the sale, I went to a different Dodge dealer for some repairs and found out the Caravan was not covered by Chrysler. The dealer had never sent in the paperwork and kept my warranty money. After weeks of trying to resolve the problem with Lee Dodge I finally got a call back from the owner Robert Lee. I told him I just wanted my money back since I never had the service contract I paid for. He told me to "just try to get it back". He would tie me up in small claims court forever since he's been through this before and he said he never loses. Just a warning to potential buyers - CHECK ALL PAPER WORK TWICE, MAKE SURE YOU GET COPIES OF EVERYTHING YOU SIGN AND FOLLOW UP WITH CHRYSLER AFTER THE SALE. LEE DODGE cannot be trusted to submit your documents to Chrysler (if they plan to at all!)
