My Review of Lee Jaguar:
Having normally cheaped out and performed all the servicing on my previous cars myself. I knew my first dealer servicing experience (Especially Jaguar) would be more expensive, but i was hoping for an easy time and was pleasantly surprised. Sure $26 windshield wipers might be a touch expensive but my overall cost for a 50k mile service was under $400, which was around what I'd mentally prepared myself for. I did not however take up their offer of two replacement tires at more than double the price of tirerack.

I drove into their service tunnel and drove away in my rental within 15 minutes, I was getting Warranty work done and they had to keep it overnight while parts arrived.

People were friendly, its close to work, all in all not a bad experience. Service manager was good to deal with happy to answer any questions i had and seemed very knowledgeable.

Also took out an extended warranty with Totalcare, it was a good price compared to AAA Mastercare, and as they were recommending it I had some confidence that they did not mind dealing with the company.

My Review of Lee Jaguar:
When I purchased my first Jag in 1994 the dealership was bustling and the same people were there year after year. Then with my 4th Jag in 2001 I experienced major problems with the supercharger; Chris Lee would not talk to me. Jaguar Corporate took charge and flew a technician from England to solve the issue. Because of the corporate experience and my love for Jaguars I continue to buy, but from other dealers who are friendlier. Also, the showroom is small and dingy with constantly rotating sales personnel. It all adds up to a poor buying experience at Lee.

My Review of Lee Jaguar:
I love my 2007 Jaguar XK Conv. I got a great deal even though the car is hard to get. I did most of the deal with EMAIL. No pressure at all they just gave me the information I need to make an informed decision. I think i would have picked the 2007 Jaguar XK on looks alone but the techonolgy and performance blew away the Merc and BMW. I am the first kid on my block and at my county club to have one. Its nice but it wount last for long!!
