Where do I begin, I have dealt with many different dealerships. I have to say "this is the best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. The sales rep Alexander Victor Alarcon was great. today i got baited into going into to hillside toyota by GIO who responded to my inquiry via smart path. they intentionally do not mark their smartpath vehicles as sold even though they are. I was directed to an asian american salesmen because i'm asian american and racism still exists. I got upsold to put money down and order a new toyota build that they couldn't confirm would match me spec request. this was a terrible experience and a waste of my time. realistically in April 2024 the answer is "there are no toyota hybrids to be bought without a lengthy wait" More

I picked out a car and when I went to pick it up it had been sold. I dealt with this lady last week to secure the car and even called on the morning of pick up to say I was on my way to pick the car up. Wh been sold. I dealt with this lady last week to secure the car and even called on the morning of pick up to say I was on my way to pick the car up. While I was on the road she called to tell me the car had been sold at the weekend. Mike, the sales manager said he had another car with similar spec at their other dealership but he would not sell it at the same price as the “SmartPath” price advertised in their website for the original car I had chosen. I’ve bought many cars over the years and spent time in the auto industry and never experienced this sort of behavior. Based on the many positive reviews on their website this certainly appears to be a reputable dealership so I hope this is a one off incident and no other person has to experience similar behavior. More

I'm very happy with the excellent service provided by Alexander Alarcon, Michael Nicolaou & Jack Bankson. I got a great deal on my lease of 2024 Rav4 XLE.
