My Review of Leesburg Honda:
Was looking for a new accord and called leesburg Honda to see if they could beat the price that another dealer gave me. I was told by the sales staff that they could do better then that price but I had to go into the dealer before they can give me their price. After going into the dealer and waiting around for 2 hours they finally came back with a price that was actually higher then the price I gave them over the phone. When I told the sales person that he said over the phone that they could beat the price from the other dealer, he denied ever saying that. Wasted over 2 hours of my life at this dealer.

My Review of Leesburg Honda:
We went to Leesburg Honda because they had an excellent internet price on the Accord EX-L we were looking for. We agreed to the internet price if they agreed to fix several things on the vehicle (front bumper scratched badly, overhead light needed repair, seat heater toggle needed new bulb and a new screw clip that holds the tire cover in place in the trunk). 3 of these 4 items should have been discovered and repaired during their "Honda Certified" check, by the way. Once that was all agreed on, we were told to wait for the finance person to be available. Over 2 HOURS LATER (!), we were finally taken to sign all of the paperwork. They offered us an extended warranty which normally we would've said no to, but the finance lady (Sandra) said that it was good for 7 yrs./100K miles from the day we purchased the car. Since this was a used vehicle, this sounded too good to be true, so I asked her 2 more times about it and she repeated the same thing each time -- that it was good for "7yrs/100K miles from today". We negotiated the price on it and took it, as it would cover the car until it was approx. 10 yrs. old. When we received our HondaCare info & card in the mail, then date was different from what Sandra had told us, so I called HondaCare and the rep there said that it is 7rs/100K mi from the day the car goes into service (3 yrs ago!) and that Sandra basically lied to us. This took our 6-yr ext. warranty (we had 1 extra year from it being Honda Certified) down to a 3-yr. ext. warranty. Not such a good deal anymore. We called the dealer and got the runaround from Sandra (who said she never said that, of course). When I talked to her manager, however, he said that she was new at the time and probably misspoke. They were not willing to refund us any more than $300, when we would lose over 1/2 the life of the warranty, so we had them cancel it altogether. Very frustrating!
Oh, and when we took it back to have the repairs made to it, they did not have the interior lights fixed because they worked "some of the time". We made them fix them, but my husband had to sit and wait while they did it, when they had had the car for several day. Ridiculous! They did not have the screw clip in stock for the tire cover in the trunk and were supposed to send it to us, but we have never received it. We also just had to have a belt replaced on the Accord (that only has 30K miles) because something was out of alignment. When asked if it should have been discovered in the Honda Certified inspection, the mechanic would not point fingers at another dealership (we obviously took it someplace else), but he wouldn't say that it would not have been found either. He would say that it was one of the earliest he has ever seen and was due to the misalignment.

We are extremely disappointed in our experience with Leesburg Honda and would certainly not buy another vehicle from them. We also would caution anyone we knew from buying from them.

My Review of Leesburg Honda:
I will preface this by saying that I am a former Infiniti owner. For some reason the 4-5 Infiniti dealerships that I have been to over the years I never felt like the employees there actually went an extra mile for me. Yes, they gave me a loaner car, but I was basically treated like crap. They might call you when they said they would. After several hassles with my car, including multiple two+ week stays at the dealership, I gave up. I bought an Accord and had it serviced here.

This dealership's service dept is better hands down than any of the Infiniti dealers. You don't get a loaner but what I received in return is what was sorely lacking at Infiniti, competence and customer service. When they say they're going to call you, they do. They always give a break down of the service performed over the phone. Infiniti dealers never did that to me, it was "come pick your car up" if they bothered to call at all. I always get a follow up phone call a week later from Leesburg Honda to verify that I was satisfied with the service.

My Review of Leesburg Honda:
These guys never get it right the first time. My blinkers died...took two tries (days) to figure out that it was a bad relay. Asked them to install wheel locks when I was getting an oil change - they forgot. I complained when I was picking it up and they ran it around to the back and slapped the locks on. The joker ended up putting two locks on the same wheel!!? Was that retaliation for raising a ruckus? Next time in...two of my seat heater switch bulbs needed replacement. They kept the car for a whole day and only ended up replacing one of the two. Brought it in the next week - kept it again for 24 hours and ended up putting a bright green bulb in...when it should be white!!

Total incompetence. Guess I'll have to start taking my car 35 miles away to Hendrick in Woodbridge...ugh!
