My Review of Legacy Toyota:
I entered the showroom and waited 30 minutes before anybody asked if they could help me. When i did talk to billy crozier he did not want to help me. I was having problems with my truck that i have only had 9 months and he say the transmission is going out so i asked for history on the truck to see what services had been done to the truck he replied that they were not going to look through all that paperwork. It has been nothing but problems with toyota. It took them a whole week to get the paperwork ready when i bought it to get a tag. still have a I OWE U where toyota was supposed to fix the fender when the part came in and its still not fixed and now the transmission... come on if this is not bad service then i don't know what is. I have paid my truck note up till May and this is the kind of treatment i get. I will never buy another vehicle here again.

My Review of Legacy Toyota:
When we bought our 2011 Tacoma we were promised a replacement turn signal cover because the one on the truck was broken. It took 4 months, and it was the wrong part. We bought our truck on August 5,2011. On December 2 we decided to trade the Toyota in on a 2011 F-150 truck. We can't trade because the truck is titled to Legacy Toyota. Toyota Financial is now involved because Legacy was so rude. What they have done is illegal and they are treating us like garbage!! Never buy from these people.

always find a vehicle we need to purchase, never pressured feels like a
family reunion whenever we go to Legacy toyota.

My Review of Legacy Toyota:
This is one of many Toyota's that I have owned. Lisa Rogers has been my salesman of the last 2. She is as good as you can get of trying to help you and making sure that you shopping is plesent, no high pressure just a very happy and enjoyable person to talk to about buying a vehicle. I was looking for a van equipted the way I wanted and they had one on the way and when it come in she gave me a call and I went to look at it. Another person was test driving it and when they came back I knew them and I asked them if they had ever had one like that and they said no. I said if you buy one It would not be the last one from this dealer ship. Mrs Rogers was helping them also but they wanted more equiptment on it so I ended up buying it and Mrs Rogers found what the other customer wanted and she sold both of us. Another person had told the other customer to talk to Mrs Rogers and that is what they done. My service at the dealer ship has always been very good and I would recomend them to anyone.They have a very good staff to make you satified with service or buying. I would give Mrs Rogers a job with my Company if I had a opening, she is a very nice person and she knows her product's. The sales Mgr was very helpful also and no hastle no pressure just a enjoyable place to buy a vehicle.

My Review of Legacy Toyota:
I took my wife to the hair dresser and was killing time. I had no intention of trading vehicles, I already had a car only a year old. Brandon had met me in the outside lot and convinced me to drive the Avalon, I soon found out I couldn't live without it. Needless to say, I wemt in with my one year old Honda and left with that Avalon. Brandon has done a great job in working for me to get any need addressed. The experience with everyone and everything upfront has neem outstanding!
