Had a bad experience my last trip to this service department. Service tech broke some parts while rotating tires. Resulted in our having no transportation for 3 days. Of course I was upset and said department. Service tech broke some parts while rotating tires. Resulted in our having no transportation for 3 days. Of course I was upset and said so in my review. So when I was called to bring my car back for a recall I wasn't real sure about bringing it back to this dealership. However I wanted my car fixed so on October 6,2023 I went back to have the service done. The service was completed and seems to be working fine and I'm grateful for that. As far as treatment by the service advisor and service manager you couldn't have broken the ice with a sledgehammer. The service manager even came to have a polite conversation with the lady seated beside me but did not acknowledge me or for that matter anyone else in the room. They had a chance to regain my trust but chose to let me know I was not welcome there by by their manners and attitude. Too bad. More
