My Review of Legends Cadillac Hummer Saab:
I have purchased a number of high end automobiles (Mercedes, Porsche, BMW) and have not found the sales consultants to be significantly different from those selling other vehicles. My recent sales experience with my consultant, Derek Spady, at Legends was truly the most pleasant I have ever had. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I felt a genuine interest in trying to satisfy the customer, not just make a sale. The limited experience I had with the other personnel at the dealership was pleasant as well, but Derek took ownership of the sales process and I am completely satisfied. If future service is anything like the sales experience, I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Stan is definitely a man who will make you feel like your time was valued and appreciated. We are so grateful for Stan being our sales man and for helping us buy our first SRX Premium. STAN YOU ARE A PERFECT SHINING EXAMPLE OF WHAT EVERY SALES PERSON IS SUPPOSED TO BE. Julie Behncke and Paul Lucero were absolutely wonderful to work with on purchasing my SRX. They were courteous and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Paul spent a lot of time with me after the purchase explaining how to use all the options on the vehicle. Mario, in service, gave me his phone number in case I needed anything. Lexus never did that for me. That was the vehicle I traded in (RX350).

The sales process was smooth and effective. We felt at ease in making our choices without undue pressure. The Sales Consultant was very responsive and allowed us to make informed decisions on our purchase. The review of the available price options was clear and our questions were promptly and completely answered. The approach of the Sales Consultant to the entire process has been one of the best we have experienced thus far when purchasing a vehicle. We would definitely come back for future purchases and recommend this dealer to our friends.

I was very pleased from the start at Legends Cadillac as soon as I was greeted by my salesperson. He was polite, knowledgeable and willing to take the time with me to get exactly the vehicle I wanted. During my several visits before purchasing I spoke with service, parts and performance departments who were very helpful in answering all my questions no matter how simple to them but important to me.
