My Review of Leith Volkswagen:
If you ask me why I will never buy another VW I will tell you the reason is I do not want to deal with Leith VW in Cary.

The list of reasons is long—it goes from telling us we did not have a faulty wheel on board of our Tuareg and letting us drive away with a faulty wheel (and our 5 months old baby in the car), to telling us there is nothing they can do to fix a stuck seat belt, and if they could (or want?) it would be very very expensive. To their credit they did offer us a list of people that could fix it for us. Mhhh...how nice! safety devices being fixed somewhere else.

I have already filed 2 complaints with VW Corporate and I hope they will do something. My advice to Leith VW: do not sell expensive cars if you can not offer the adequate customer care! Cross the road and see how they work at Audi—you may learn a thing or two!

My Review of Leith Volkswagen:
My wife took our Passat in for its 20,000 mile service. The service guy told her she needed a huge and costly list of repairs in order to maintain our warranty. She knew better, this is our 3rd VW.

After talking with other Leith customers, I have found that they routinely try to mislead customers by selling them unnecessary services. I am thinking of a class action lawsuit against them. I saved a couple of hundred dollars buying the car there, but they sure try to make it up by robbing you in service. DO NOT BUY A VW FROM LEITH!!!!!!

My Review of Leith Volkswagen:
One of the nicest automobile salesman I ever met. We were looking for a new beetle last year and David was very helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and wasn't pushy at all. We weren't planning on buying that day but after talking with David, we couldn't resist the purchase. But like I said, he wasn't pushy at all, he just spoke the truth and never once said anything bad about the competitors cars we were looking at. He only said what was good about the beetle. That's unique. Usually the salesman talks bad about other cars to boost confidence in his own. We've owned the vehicle for a year now and haven't regreted the purchase yet! I would highly recommend this dealership. <br>We went to get an oil change a few months ago and asked to see David but he was no longer working there. I'm certain that the other salesman would be just as helpful though.
