My Review of Len Stoler Nissan:
This dealership was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to help me get into my new car. I previously went to other dealerships looking at Rogues and I did not have the same experience. Matt McCauley and Ron Edwardsen made my expeience with Len Stoler Nissan fun and exciting. I would strongly recommend this dealership and their staff to anyone looking to buy a car.

With much appreciation,

Rhonda Palmisano

My Review of Len Stoler Nissan:
Matt was patient and had an accurate gauge of the level of attention that I needed as a customer (not overbearing but not ignoring). I was very specific in what I was looking for and it was clear to me that he paid attention to my criteria. The Finance area considered my financial needs and did not put me into a predefined category. I felt that the dealership as a whole worked with me to help me achieve my purchasing goals. I will highly recommend Len Stoler Nissan and they will be my dealer of first choice for future automobile purchases.

My Review of Len Stoler Nissan:
My fiance bought her car from this dealer a year ago and they were deceptive and misleading. She was told her trade would be paid off and was never informed of the negative equity that would role onto the new car until she was sitting with the finance manager. The sales reps are supposed to explain this, but instead only felt it neccessary to get the sale. I am a teacher and she is in the medical field, both areas that require truth and honesty. This dealership lacks both. They also never turned in her tags, which sat behind a desk and ended up having to go and get them herself and take them back. Total waste of time and unprofessional staff.

My Review of Len Stoler Nissan:
The entire staff at the dealership were awesome. The manager, who is farely new to the dealership was able to find exactly what I wanted. I demanded a stick shift altima or I would walk. He informed me that they are hard to come by, but sure enough he was able to locate one for me. The staff would not let me leave without getting the absolute best financing available for my car (2.9%), even though my credit wasnt perfect and very limited as I am a recent college grad. Looking for a new nissan?? GO TO LEN STOLER NISSAN!

My Review of Len Stoler Nissan:
i just recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Maxima at Len Stoler and my experience was wonderful. The manager, Rob Smelser, continued to work with me until we found a vehicle to my liking on which i could afford. Chuck Holmes was a new saleman and explained in detail about all of the features on my vehicle. Sarah Greenstreet is the finance manager and helped me through all of the paperwork in a few short hours, no long Saturday afternoon sitting at a dealership.

Reason for Visit: Service

I recommend this dealer: No

My Review of Len Stoler Nissan:
I called to inquire about a replacement battery for my key. The service rep required an appointment, claimed my key was going to need programming and was quoting an approximate cost of $95.00 plus the cost of the battery. He said the work schedule looked light that day and he could fit me in between 10 - 2:00. I explained it was on my was to work and I wanted to stop by in the a.m. He couldn't accommodate that, so I suggested I run over at lunch time. He responded that the techs ALL go to lunch between 12-1:00 so I had to come between 10-12 or 1-2:30. I asked how late there were open but he said they take the last appointment at 2:30; so on the way home was not an option either! If you are looking for convenience or customer service, cross this dealership off of your list! I inquired why the $95.00 for programming as I noted my owner manual had steps for doing it yourself. Because they cautioned you regarding the internal wiring, I felt I would just get help. Once he decided I wasn't the "dumb female" and actually read my manual, he explained that I could try it myself and went quickly through the steps for resetting the programming but said if that doesn't work you will need us to program for $95.00.

Now I called Liberty Nissan in Hanover, PA as I live in northern Westminster, which isn't far from Hanover. Here is how it went:

Do I need an appointment to get a battery replaced in my key? No, just stop by and we can help you in about 2 minutes. What is the cost? About $3.00 for the battery. Are there any other charges involved like programming? No, just for the battery!

Where am I going for service? Liberty Nissan in Hanover, PA....and so should you!

In fairness to the dealership, I tried to call to speak to a manager to share this story twice but was transferred from the receptionist and the phone just rang and rang...I just didn't have time to keep calling back.

My Review of Len Stoler Nissan:
They didn't sign the buyer's order and were rude when I asked them to fax a signed copy to my loan officer. Then the faxed order was incorrect and wasn't signed by me. I asked the dealer to transfer my tags which needed to be renewed by the end of the month. They didn't process the transaction properly. The Finance officer said he was taking care of the problem after many, many calls. When I contacted the dealer title office, I learned he hadn't done anything and put the woman in charge of issuing the title/sticker in the middle of the problem. She was totally unaware of the situation and not prepared to issue the stickers. This dealership is the most underhanded and dishonest group of people I have ever dealt with.

My Review of Len Stoler Nissan:
The staff are so unprofessional, especially the manager, Scott. He probably did not attend any course on Customer relations! Both my husband and myself called their dealership before we went in to test drive and after finding out that they dint have the car we wanted, they practically lured us to visit them by saying they could do a dealer exchange to get it for us. On visiting them, they refused to do that for us, instead took us around their inventory lot twice not knowing where another car they wanted to show us was parked! After all that, Scott was really nasty in his dealing with us, gave us an absurd quote for a Nissan Sentra and when we were prepared to walk out, there was no asking us why we were not inerested..they just let us walk out! We also had to wait over an hour for Scott to finish off whatever he was doing, before he could come and start any negotiations with us. ohh..and Scott also forgot to call us after he had promised he would after confirming about the dealer exchange...we will never ever think of buying a car from any len stoller ever again..our experience was nasty. We got just the car we wanted at just the price that suited us at another delareship. Len Stoller is the worst delareship you can think of when buying a car!
