My Review of Lester Glenn Buick Pontiac GMC:
I feel compelled to write to you about the service I have been receiving over the last 3 years from Lester Glenn. I have bought 2 cars from Lester Glenn. Not only was the buying experience a pleasure, but the follow up service has been amazing! I have owned many other brands and have to say it seems the philosophy of Lester Glenn differs in that once they partner with a customer they focus on keeping them happy for the life of their vehicle. I have sent several friends to Lester Glenn with confidence that I have not steered them wrong, and every one of them have raved about their experience. I just want to thank you for running a dealership that is actually a pleasure to go to (kind of unheard of in the car industry)

One more note: I recently went on vacation to SC and drove my Buick Enclave. I had a problem with the DVD player just before we left. I brought it to the service department and the problem was resolved. While on the road somewhere in Virginia I got a call on my cell from the dealership confirming that the DVD player was working properly and that my kids were happy! Where else do you get that kind of customer service!!! You guys are great! Thank you again.

My Review of Lester Glenn Buick Pontiac GMC:
After searching online I decided to purchase a brand new Pontiac G6 GXP. After sending out numerous leads through local dealers, Lester Glenn Pontiac was the first to follow up and provided me with direct links to their vehicles that matched my request. Soon later, I received a call to make sure that all of my questions had been answered. I eventually received other responses from other dealers but they were not clear when answering my questions and I would have to wait days for a response. When I walked into the showroom and met with my internet salesperson, I was also met with a salesman from the floor. When I decided on which exact vehicle I wanted, I was given a very good price and I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours. No pressure, no haggling, great customer service. Out of the many, many dealerships I had visited, I would definitely return to Lester Glenn and refer anyone to them. And another great thing is, they give their customers free oil changes for as long as you own their vehicle!

My Review of Lester Glenn Buick Pontiac GMC:
I contacted this dealership via there website. The inital response was quick and answered all my questions. A representive from the dealership called me almost immediately and invited me to the showroom. I was impressed at how fast they were and figured they must have wanted my business. I am the proud new owner of a 2008 GMC Acadia and love it. I would refer Lester Glenn to anyone looking to get a new car.
