I dropped my truck off back on Jan 23rd after being involved in accident. My insurance company (Progressive) set up the repairs with Lester Glenn Collision. The truck was to be finished in two weeks. We did not here from anyone regarding our truck for two weeks. We then proceeded to called Lester Glenn collision to check the status of the truck. We left several messages with the collision center but never received call backs. Finally, I got through to someone and find out no work was being done on my truck. I then proceed to inquire why it hasn’t been worked on. We were told no work could be done on the truck until the insurance company gives the OK. We understand the steps but why didn’t Lester Glenn call us and give us an update. We could have contacted the insurance company to see what the hold up was but instead my truck sat for two weeks with nothing being done. Now if that wasn’t bad enough we were told the truck would be complete on Wed the 20th Of Feb. No problem. My wife called to tell Lester Glenn she was unable to pick up the truck on Wed due to other commitments. They said no problem you can pick it up on Thursday. I took off Wed and called to see if I can pick up the truck. Lester Glenn proceed to tell me the truck wasn’t ready because they wanted to wash, wax and clean the truck. I thought that would be good. The next day my wife called(Thursday) to set up a pick up time. She was told the truck needs another part and it should be in by this afternoon. How are you going to lie to me by saying you are cleaning the truck but actually still repairing it? Not good customer service. I didn’t end up getting the truck back until Friday still not complete. We are still waiting for the push bar to come in. I called on Wed or Thur (Feb 27 or 28th) to see if the push bar was in. I then found out the push bar was not even ordered yet. They could not find the push bar we wanted for the truck. That would have been nice to know considering my wife went into Lester Glenn and showed them exact part and where to get it. Now it would have been nice if someone would have contacted us about the part. Never happened. Now my wife contacts the insurance company and they claim to have ordered the part and it should be here Monday Mar 4th. My insurance company is telling me one thing and Lester Glenn is telling me another. Everyone was quick to take our deductible but we aren’t getting the results required by Lester Glenn. It is now the 7th of Mar and we are still waiting for the push bar. We were told the push bar would be in on Monday Mar 4th. Never came in. I contacted Lester Glenn again to find out the push bar will be here on Tuesday or Wed. Never happened. My wife calls Thur (Mar 7th) to see what the status of the push bar. She was told the have the push bar but don't have the lights for it. They claim by Tues (Mar12) we will be able to bring the truck in to be finished. It has been a nightmare dealing with Lester Glenn. I would not recommand this company to anyone

As of March 19, 2013.....
After writing this letter and contacting other individuals at Lester Glenn Collision, the work on my truck has been completed. Thank Goodness. In the end they did attempt to "make it right". I acknowledge that not everything goes as planned and that things do happen that can't be controlled. However, this was chaos. I was compensated, but was then asked to go online and update this post. WHAT? That conversation should have never happened. It should be up to me whether or not I want to update this post. To make it better, I was asked at least 2 more times to update it before it posts. End result, I am glad this is over with. And by the way, I am changing insurance companies as well because of this issue.

Great dealership. everybody that worked with me was kind. Brian is the person that worked with me and the reason why I'm driving the car I wanted he worked with me in everyway he possibly could and in the end was able to get me the car. He's a real friendly and knowledgeable person. I would recommend lester Glenn with the next purchase of your vehicle you would definetly be happy with your purchase. I left lester Glenn feeling good with my purchase knowing my car will last a long long time. Thanks again Brian.

We shopped around at many car dealers before landing at Lester Glenn Mazda. We were instantly greeted by Mike and Dan who made us feel comfortable. There were no high pressure sales pitches, they were honest, helpful & friendly. I believe that we got the best price & their customer service is exceptional. They were straight forward and pleasant to deal with. There was no game playing, they offered the best deal & aimed to get us the best financing rate available. We are very pleased with our Mazda RX9 and the staff at Lester Glenn Mazda. I will shout their praises from the rooftops and share our positive experience with anyone who will listen!!!!

WOW! I do not even know where to begin, I have been in the customer service/sales business my entire life, within my personal and professional self I continually strive to treat people with care, kindness, knowledge and personal attention. Unfortunately my experiences in receiving the same attention are few.

From the moment I submitted a request on line and Lester Glenn the service from Lauren Mayer was informative, personable yet respectful of my privacy and time. Upon meeting Luke Albrint and Dan Deuber this level of care continued.

Luke and I spoke several times on the phone and in person and every encounter he was professional, genuine, friendly, caring, informative, helpful, trusting and fun. He was patient with me and answered all my questions ( believe me I had numerous)and broke things down to me so I fully understood the process. He counseled me on my credit and gave me tips on how to improve it. Luke went above his realm and supported me in areas he did not have to.

It is not a secret that car salespeople have a not so favorable reputation. Well my experience with Dan proved otherwise. From the onset of our test drive I could tell that Dan was a patient, friendly, caring and knowledgeable person. We connected immediately. He was never pushy yet asked me open ended questions about the visibility, comfort and feel of the vehicle. He was assertive yet courteous and he to exemplified care and trust.

It was an absolute pleasure working with these men and feeling safe and trusting throughout my entire process. I plan to actively search within my network of people to find out who is on the market or thinking about a vehicle change and making sure they go no where else but to these men. Because of Luke, Dan and Lauren you have yet another customer for life!

I had been shopping for a vehicle for 2 months, no one is usually a fan of car shopping! I had a bad experience at another dealer so I had my sheild up walking in to Lester Glenn but I got the best service, best price and best experience shopping this time around! Thank you! I absolutely recommend anyone to purchasing a car with them! I had worked with Lester Glenn Hyundai on a used vehicle (Jeep), I ended up purchasing it at Lester Glenn Buick Pontiac GMC however, because it was on their lot! :)
