My Review of Lexus Kearny Mesa:
I purchased an expensive used car that the dealer refused to repair even under the 30 Day warranty period. The dealer requested that I wait the thirty days and then turn the claim into my extended warranty company who already knew that the repair was pending who know has denied the claim stating that the dealership had the legal responsibility to make the repairs. Rather unethical business practices perfoemed here wouldn't you say?

My Review of Lexus Kearny Mesa:
I purchased a expensive used car that they refused to service within the 30-day warranty period. The dealership instead requested that I wait until my extended warranty become effective (30-Days from date of purchase) so they wouldn't have to pay to repair it. The warranty company knew that the repair was pending and has now denied the repair althogther, since the dealership knew of the problem and refused to repair it. Rather unethical business practices wouldn't you say?

My Review of Lexus Kearny Mesa:
In 5 years I tried to buy a car from them 3 times and all 3 times had to buy it from somewhere else. These guys are ridiculous - probably the proximity of BMW dealership affected their level of arrogance. They don't hurry to help you - have to wait for a while before a sales person approaches you. Not willing to answer the questions about the car, constantly making comments like &quot;OUR customers usually don't have time to waste in the dealership - they just pay and leave&quot;. Once they even told me that it's not a good time of the year to buy a lexus!<br><br>On financial side, they offered me a lease on ES300 with residual value of 43% after 36 months, and said that's the best deal ever. <br><br>I went away and bought an Infiniti G35 and don't regret it.
