My Review of Lexus Of Tampa Bay:
Called for an appointment to get a air sensor for run flats and checked to see if they had the part. Drove in 30 miles and they were out of the part. Cost me another round trip of 60 miles.
Then this Tuesday, I called twice to Service to get a phone mail and left msgs both times. No one returned my call by the next afternoon. Called Parts and waited 25 minutes but was in periodic contact with the front desk. She finally took my number and the info on the battery I wanted and said they would call back - they never did. Called Wednesday and finally got to talk with someone in Service for an oil change - nothing available until next Monday and then I got disconnected. These people are horrible - I would rather take my car to a Ford dealership
