Just purchased our third vehicle from Lexus River Center with Paul Suchanek as our sales person each time in a period of less than three years. Always an excellent experience (thus our return) and unbelievable ease of process considering trading each of the three times; traveling from another city (Louisville). Won't buy from anyone else and haven't thought twice about making the trip bypassing our local Lexus dealer less than 10 miles from our home. He's the sort of sales person you want to recommend to friends and of course Lexus doesn't leave much to be desired either...

This is the second time we purchased a vehicle from Lexus Rivercenter through Paul Suchanek. Even though there is a closer dealer, it is worth the extra miles to travel to this dealer. Paul has always been helpful and easy to work with. He ensures we get the vehicle we want with only those features for which we are looking and at a good price. We always leave with a good feeling and with no doubts as to whether we made the correct decision.

My husband and I recently purchased a new Lexus vehicle through internet sales and Ben Bruner. Ben was extremely knowledgable on the product line and answered all of our questions. He was outstanding in customer service, always fielding our questions and answering them promptly and courteously.

I will consult Ben again for future purchases, and have already recommended him to many of my family and friends. He stayed with us from the first point of contact through the purchase, finance and final drive off from the dealership.

I found this dealership from Internet research, looking for the best price for exactly the car I wanted. Lexus RiverCenter had both. I dealt with salesman Ben Bruner, who I would highly recommend. He was very responsive to my calls and questions before my 2013 Lexus arrived, and was wonderful during the actual buying process. He has even called me after the sale to He is professional, yet gives personal input that was most helpful to me. The rest of the Lexus staff, Chris (the manager) and Ian (in finance) were also both friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I traveled a long way to get my car; it was worth it. I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Lexus RiverCenter and Paul Suchanek personally. That is a record for me.

My Friends have asked me why as that dealership is 2 hours away?

Evidently at least one of my friends listened and remembered my story. His daughter wanted a Lexus SUV hybrid type. His daughter, a brilliant member of a School of Business Faculty with a Law Degree and Chemistry degree. She didn’t have a Lexus dealer nearby and was willing to travel. She talked to her dear old Dad, who passed on my story of why I purchased cars from out of town at Lexus RiverCenter.

Bottom line, she purchased an SUV through USAA program with Lexus RiverCenter, making a 3+ hour drive each way to do so!

What can I say? WOW.

Excellent purchasing experience. Ben Bruner was friendly and excellent in his sale...typical "Lexus" buying experience: knowledgeable; helping to reach an informed purchase. Wes Adams thoroughly explained the features of my purchased Lexus 350 RX. Would definitely recommend this dealership for Lexus purchase!!

Dealing with Paul Suchanek and the internet sales team at Rivercenter was so easy that I drove 6 hours from Alabama. The price on the used Lexus I purchased was $2500 less than anything I'd seen within 200 miles of home. Paul appraised my trade via emailed pictures & gave me a solid value. Great experience. Well worth the trip.

I traveled 2 hours one way, choosing to not deal with my 2 local Lexus dealerships in order to purchase from Rivercenter and Paul in Internet Sales. Their advertised prices were $2,000 below my local dealerships and Paul was easy to work with compared to my local dealerships. I will let anyone know in Central Ohio that the drive is well worth it when purchasing a Lexus!
