My husband and I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years and our experience with Lexus of London was exceptional. The quality of their product was evident from the moment you sat in the drive over the years and our experience with Lexus of London was exceptional. The quality of their product was evident from the moment you sat in the drivers seat. But the icing on the cake was our Product Advisor, Lisa Ali. Lisa was exceptional every step of the way during our experience. She was patient, kind, listened to what we were looking for and had a warm personality, never making us feel pressured.
