My Review of Lexus of Madison:
My daughter's car broke down in Wisconsin. We had it towed to this dealership and had an entirely new short engine block put in the car. Fifteen hundred miles later we are having cylinder misfires and the dealership will not take responsibility by reimbursing Illinois dealer for the expenses incurred. The problem codes were 1349, 0300, 0301, 0303 indicating VVT and cylinder misfires. This dealer does not stand by their very, very expensive 7K repair. Do not use this dealer!
