My Review of Lexus of Norwood:
I've thought for the last month after purchasing a new car about how to rate this dealership. On the positive side, this dealer is the VERY best for price on a new Lexus. I checked all their competitors over three states and they blew them away with the deal I got. On the negative side, I think the volume of cars that they sell and some new sale people causes the entire process to be harder than it needs to be. Comparing the overall sales experience between them and their competitors, I'd have to say that for their competitors' sale departments appear to run much smoother. Their competitors used many less "sales tactics" and completely delivered everything they promised.
The bottom line with us was the price and we went with this dealership. The process of getting to the final bottom line price could have been 10 times easier than it was. When we finally got down to the final deal and were then turned over to Randy Vera to finish the process. Randy is a super employee and should have his pay doubled. He addressed all the problems and washed away all the previous bad experiences.
Delivery of the car also went bad. We purchased it at the end of the month and ran into a variety of problem including not getting on the day promised, mats not in, inspection sticker not done, and worst of all all the alarms not zeroed out. On the ride home all the alarms starting going out. A quick call to Randy Vera resolved everthing. Once again he jumped right in and fixed everything quickly and apologized for all the issues.
If you're looking for a sales with little or no issues, this is probably not the dealership for you. If you want the best price from the dealership that sells the most in the area, Lexus of Norwood is the place to go.
