My Review of Lexus of Omaha:
The sales team, financial manager, and detail team were patient and kind. They truly listened and responded to my needs. Jeff Bahnsen spent seven hours with me, working with his managers to ensure I was getting into the car I preferered at a price I could afford. Larry Vondra, credit manager, is an especially friendly person who does not apply undue pressure to buy add-ons. I really appreciate that! The detail team knew I wanted to drive my new car away that day, so they worked hard to clean my car up and present it to me as if it just came off the assembly line. I greatly appreciate the above and beyond efforts of the team at Lexus of Omaha!

We are now driving our third Lexus from this dealership. They are a pleasure to work with, they go above and beyond for their customers, and make the process easy. This is a completely different experience from any other car dealer we have worked with. All of the people we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. This place is the best.

Great Service. Friendly staff. I would reccommend Geri for anyone to go in and see. We have bought 2 cars from her and would always recommend any of our friends or associates to give her a call over anyone else there. The service department is far above all others too.

We came in to service our leased 2008 Lexus RX400H... We happily left with a new leased 2010 Lexus RZ450H. What a great service deal we received.

We dealt with Jim Gall before when leasing 2008 Lexus RX400H and we were very happy with him and the service provided at Lexus of Omaha! Thanks, Jim. Thanks, Lexus of Omaha!

Prompt, persistent follow up without being pushy. Scott explained the process, the vehicle and was professional in every way.

We arrived at the dealership to look at a specific vehicle. Scott listened to our needs, showed us the vehicle we were interested in and others that might also fit our needs. He didn't pressure us to purchase something that wouldn't fit our needs in every way.

My Review of Lexus of Omaha:
This is the second RX350 we have purchased and the first time we worked with Jim Endebrock. Jim is outstanding and spent 4 hours showing us how everything works on our new Lexus. He even programmed my phone numbers using Blue Tooth. It was a very pleasurable experience. We love going to Lexus of Omaha because you are treated like royalty! Plus we love our new RX 350!

I have bought 5 cars from the Omaha Lexus dealer and every time they have exceeded my expectations! I have also had service done at the dealership for all of my vehicles and they have also exceeded my expectations in this area. Overall, my experience has been outstanding!!!!!

My Review of Lexus of Omaha:
This dealership has EXCELLENT service after the purchase. Also, the sales people are outstanding and REALLY know their products. They are helpful, informative and very personal in their service. This is my second Lexus, and I compared it to a Buick (which is being advertised on television as the new and better option to the Lexus). However, the Lexus is still my favorite...much more quiet and much better ride. The biggest PLUS for the Lexus is its visibility compared to the Buick. Looking to the right rear from the driver's seat is very obstructed in the Buick...not so in the Lexus. They were also able to get our lifetime subscription to XM radio transferred from our previous Lexus to this one. GREAT dealership!
