I had just called 3 different Lexus dealerships, Lexus of Roseville, Lexus of Sacramento, and North Park Lexus and all had issues working with me. The two Californian dealerships told me they had no specials for the ES which I was looking for. They did not even try to help me in this respect. Both tried to get me to buy an IS. It was like they did not want to listen to me at all. When I called Reno and Kim-Anne answered that all changed. She was kind, knowledgeable, and more than anything she was willing to listen to me. After I described what I wanted and answered a few questions she came back to me within minutes with a great deal. I can't express how happy I am with her and her service. With one phone call she made my bad experience of trying to buy a Lexus into a good one. She would be a valuable asset to any team.

Bruno was the absolute best sales representative I have ever encountered. He presented himself professionally, his product knowledge was superior and he listened to my wants and needs and satisfied each of them. Dealing with Bruno made the oft times difficult process of car buying more a pleasure. He is an asset to your organization in his professionalism and demeanor. I would not hesitate to refer others to Bruno and, of course, to Lexus of Reno who carries a premier product.

In my due diligence I test drove Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Infiniti and Acura. The Lexus hybrid was, by far, the most luxurious, quiet and comfortable ride....and delivery WOW. i especially loved the red bow.

Kim-Anne did a thorough job of introducing me to all of the vehicles' features. She was proficient and patient and ensured that i tried each one until I was satisfied that I could handle each on my own.

I don't know what you could have done to improve upon my experience! It was exemplary.

The personnel at Lexus of Reno are Outstanding. This is the 5th Lexus I have purchased from this dealer. The service staff are fantastic along with the parts and office staff. Lexus of Reno is the finest dealership I have dealt with during the past 47 years. The dealership is spotless, waiting area is just like being at home. This is just a small example why I keep going back.

First off, the customer service received by Lyndle Farris was phenominal. The first question out of his mouth wasn't, "so how much you looking to spend." He took the time to introduce himself and ask if I would like to just simply look at the car. He spent a great deal of time going over the features before even taking me on a test drive. He treated me like a human being instead of a monthly statistical number. I recommended a friend to him and she bought a car from him the same day within 3 hours of my purchase.

JJ was very professional. I felt he was honest in going over the options for financing and the add ons for the vehicle.

As for Verlin and Brian, they too were very nice. They made sure to let me know I can come in 30 times if I need to in order to learn all of the operations of the vehicle and didn't make me feel like I had to learn the car in 5 minutes, give me my books and show me to the door!

Kay was wonderful. I pulled into the service department and she opened her office door and scooped me right in to make sure I was not waiting, not cold and not wondering around wondering where to go. She was personable and made me feel like one her friends versus a customer! She had my loaner car ready to go and out the door knowing I had to get to work.

I had my earlier Lexus vehicle serviced here for several years, so when it came time to consider a new purchase or lease, I thought I'd begin the process here. I found no need to go further. The sales person I dealt with (Tom Werbeckes) was knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions and provided helpful (but not "pressurized") information. The delivery of the vehicle was done in a timely and very satisfactory manner and that's when the REAL service began--the delivery specialists were outstanding, and the continuing guidance I've received on all the technological advances of this car have been courteously provided by very skilled and professional staff. (Primarially, Brian Ralston, but also some others mentioned above.). I know that if I have more questions (which I'm sure I will), they will respond in helpful ways that won't make me feel that I'm a nuisance or stupid for asking. The friendly support I've received makes me happy to be part of the Lexus family, and to recommend this dealership without reservation to my friends.

I've always heard that Lexus provides exemplary service, and that holds true with our experience. We really hadn't intended to buy yesterday, but the exact model and color we wanted was available. Chris made the process so smooth and easy. I never felt pressured, and we walked away with a fair deal and a stunning convertible. Kim-Anne was very friendly and not pushy. She understood the features of the Lexus and was very good at explaining to us how they worked and why they were important. She guided very smoothly through the purchased process and made us both very comfortable. After the sale was completed she spent more time reviewing the features and demonstrating how to operate them.

We would recommend Kim-Anne to our friends if they are in the market for a vehicle.

Kim-Anne was great. She was friendly and helpful on the phone and when i arrived at the dealership. She took care of everything i needed over the phone so that when i arrived, we looked at the car, took a fun test-drive and signed the paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and worked for me, helping me get what i wanted in the sale. Marc (the "closer") was also incredibly friendly, helpful and enjoyable. This is the third vehicle i have purchased from this dealership and will continue to purchase from Kim-Anne and this dealer when i am looking for another car.
