Kimberly anne was absolutely amazing!! She made sure we got the best deal and we were financed in our budget range!! Marc made sure to get us the best interest rate possible, everyone was so helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend Lexus od Reno to everyone I know!! Go down and see Kim today!

You guys are the best! Seven Lexus(s) later, (or is plural, Lexii?), and I still keep coming back. Kudos to all the service folks that work with Jim. You folks always take great care of me and my company. I just bought new RX350 for my wife from Kymberly. I love dealing with people that make the process simple and effortless. Thanks, Kymberly! Kay has always been an exceptional service advisor. She makes me feel that she is there just to take care of me. She always sends me off with a hug. I am on my third Lexus, and I have always been satisfied with the service. My previous service rep was also very good. Must be the the dealership.

My Review of Lexus of Reno:
Kymberly Platt is an absolute joy to work with and her product knowledge is outstanding. Our latest purchase was a birthday surprise for my wife. Kymberly coordinated the surprise and had the new car on the showroom floor with a big bow on it and a sold sign with my wife's name on it. My wife and I were looking at various cars on the showroom floor and she saw this car and admired how she loved the interior and exterior colors. She sat in the car still not knowing it was for her and she said how much she loved it. I removed the sold sign from the dash and showed it to her saying that it was already sold. She sighed until she saw her name on the sign. The tears flowed and it just made her day.

My sincere thanks goes out to Kymberly for pulling this all together.

Kay Andrade is an exceptional service writer. For the past 6 years we have brought our Lexus to Kay for regularly scheduled maintenance and for that occasional burned out light bulb or rattle. I am happy to say that Kay has become a person that we know and trust. Her concern for the proper care of our car and for our satisfaction as a consumer is genuine.

My Review of Lexus of Reno:
Steve Jones was the service writer when I bought my Lexus RX350 in for routine maintenance. He introduced my wife and I to Kimberly Platt who we then spent 40 minutes visiting with and getting to know. We told her we were looking for an attractive deal on a Bergundy Wine color 2008 Lexus RX 350 AWD. This was Thursday and she said one was scheduled to be in on Saturday. She called Saturday morning to say the list of expected cars had an error, that the one which had arrived was not what she had thought it would be and that we should not bother to come down. Later on Saturday she called to say that what we did want came in from another supplier and we made arrangements to test drive it on Sunday. That was normally her day off but she came in to accomodate us. We loved the car and made the deal and after certification and safety check, drove it away today, Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Kimberly is delightful in every way. Thoroughly professional but with a fun personality. Very knowledgeable about all the Lexus products and how they differ. She patient and never made us feel rushed. As we were getting ready to leave, she paired both of our iphones to the new car and to the Lexus I had purchased last summer. Truly dedicated to serving the customer to the best of her ability. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or use her services again.+

My Review of Lexus of Reno:
I drove into Lexus of Reno just to look at a used car on recommendation from a friend who purchased a used car there. Gary Williams met me at the lot and with no pressure explained to me the different options, used vs new, buying vs leasing. Up until that time I have never bought a NEW car and I'm over 50 years old. Gary took the time to show me the options on payments and leasing vs buying. Never once did I feel pressured or felt like I was being "tricked" into something I didn't want. I never made it to the other dealers because I found what I wanted there, the price was great and the whole experience was very calming. The car is awesome. Thanks also to Blake Chapman the "Car intro guy" who takes you thru all the stuff in your car.

I was very impressed with my experience with kim and verlin. They were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would say the whole experience was fun!

They took their time with me. Never rushing me or pushing me. I liked the time with Verlin, because he explained everything about the car. I don't want to miss any feature. I felt very comfortable with everyone at the dealership.

Verlin was extremely helpful in thoroughly eplaining the intracacies of my 2012 gx. Additionally, he seemed to take a genuine interest in my wife and myself. It was truely a pleasure picking up my vehicle. Gary W. and Todd J were also pleasant and helpful. Please make the position of Delivery Specialist a permannt one.
