Lexus of Roseville has always done a great job for me in dealing with all my IS300's service needs. I originally purchased the car from them and I have been happy with the way they have treated me since day one. I am a student now and those of you who own a Lexus know how expensive it can be. Usually the car costs me roughly $1500 a year to maintain through Lexus, but I have never had a problem that I could even attribute to the dealer. I don't have enough experience to say that LOR is expensive when compared to other Lexus or luxury car dealers but I will say that there have been a couple of times where they mis-diagnosed my car's problem. I had a loaner car (for several extra days) while they tried to find the problem, which of course they eventually did. When it came time to pay the bill and everything was fixed, I was only charged for the original estimate and NONE of the extra work they did. My point here is that they stuck to their original estimate and didn't charge me one penny more, despite a significant cost of labor and parts to the dealership. As long as I have a Lexus and live near Roseville, LOR will be the place I take my Lexus.

This was a very pleasant experience and the people were funny, friendly and I feel like we have met some new friends. There was no pressure and even though we had not planned on buying a car that day, we are very happy that we did.

Lexus of Roseville Service Dept. is 5-star all the way from the moment you walk in (coffee, water, newspapers, fresh cookies) to dealing with the service personnel, obtaining a loaner car for the day, and getting your car serviced in a professional manner. The technicians always let you know what other "little" things they find that you should keep an eye on besides doing the repairs or servicing that the car was brought in for. I always like working with Brent --- he really goes out of his way to help save me money on repairs and explains everything to me.

I had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Roseville. My sales person was very helpful and spent plenty of time helping me to find just the right car. He also was able to come up with a way for me to purchase the car with a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. I didn't feel pressured at all. The whole experience was very enjoyable. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. Thank you.

From the time I drove up it was a pleasant experience. The valet was friendly and helpful as was the service rep. Everyone smiling and hopefully enjoying their job. Only tweek I have was the cashier who was not dressed to the standard of the Lexus dealership. She needs a uniform of some kind.

From the moment we arrived at the dealership, we were well taken care of from the sales presentation to closure when we had reviewed the key features of our car and were handed the keys. Yargo gave us information upon which to make a decision—not pressure. The finance process and orientation was clear with a promise to call any time if we had a concern. They listened responded effectively and always had someone to usher us through the process. I would recommend Lexus of Roseville without hesitation.
