My Review of Lexus of Sarasota:
First of all I don't normally respond to surveys. My experience goes back a few weeks ago when my husband and I were shopping for a new car. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The problem we had was about availability. His sales manager (Billy Hell as we wanted to call him, as we watched him belittle our salesman from behind a glass partition) told him that the dealer my not even recieve 1 of the limited production SC430's we wanted and if they did he couldn't tell us when. We ended up buying the car in stock at Lexus of Ft. Myers the very next weekend for five hundred dollars under the list price. That next Tuesday our salesman called us to let us know that the mysterious Pebble Beach had arrived at their dealership. We told him too late. We should not have had to drive out of town to buy this car, and would have paid the list price for the convenience. We live in the same neighborhood as the owner and have mixed emotions about coming in for service. We rate sales a 10, sales management 0!

My Review of Lexus of Sarasota:
This is a great store. the salespeople are great, there was no buyit today type of pressure, and the entire transaction was terrific. They had a decent inventory and I got just what i wanted without having to wait. The store itself is like the tajmahal, with lots of space and even high speed internet for customers like me. I have since been in for service and the entire service staff treated me like I was part of the family. I wont buy another lexus anywhere else even if the price is better

My Review of Lexus of Sarasota:
The buying process was ok. There is no high pressure but they have a "take it or leave it" attitude. Their dealer fees are outrageous. <br>The service department needs a lot of work. The service writer I dealt with wasn't familiar with the Lexus warranty. It can take a long time to get a service appointment especially if you want a loaner car. If they make a mistake they are very worried that you will downgrade them on the survey. They will say that a poor survey can jeopordize their jobs even though they screwed up they still want high praise on their survey. Stay away!
