My Review of Lexus of Smithtown:
I recently went to purchase the 2007 ES350 from lexus of Smithtown and could not believe how awsome the purchasing experience was. I would definitely recomend the salsperson and the dealership. I went to Massapequa & Ralley and not one person approached me in a timely manner. I would never go back there again. Lexus of Smithtown is a class act organization....

My Review of Lexus of Smithtown:
These guys are full of it. I had a family member pay for service. A tire rotation to be exact. They only performed a tire rotation on the right side of the vehicle. I can't accept this from a service department. What am I BLIND?

In addition, a tail light went out one day, and I asked for them to use dielectric grease on the replacement bulb. Did they do that, NO. As a result, the replacement bulb went out two weeks later. Did they service it for free, NO. After that, there was a short in the wiring causing the blinker to blink fast. This could have all been avoided if they took the time to do the work properly and as asked.

Their prices are not fair and reasonable. Quality is not job one. Do the work right, and it will speak for customer service.

a customer recently purchased a lexus cash on 12.22.04 the insurance company faxed over the ins card with a cover sheet requesting to 'KINDLY FAX OVER THE BILL OF SALE AND CERT."OF ORIGIN" 3 REQUESTS WHERE MADE FINALLY A CALL WAS RECEIVED TO THE INS AGENT BY ONE RUDE SALEMAN WHO DID NOT GIVE HIS NAME AND PROCEEDED TO YELL ON THE PHONE THAT HE WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE IN GETTING THE CERT AND BILL OF SALE OVER TO US FOR US TO CALL THE CUSTOMER. AND SLAMMED THE PHINE DOWN.
