My wife and I recently met with Robert Rossworn to lease a 2013 ES-350. This was the third time we have dealt with Bob and that in itself is a clear message of our complete satisfaction both with the dealership and Bob. In every instance we have found him to be friendly, courteous and meticulous in describing each of the vehicles features. He has always made us feel very comfortable and clearly answered all of our questions. We look forward to the next three years of our newly leased Lexus and have every intention of returning for our fourth one when this lease expires.

I called my Smithtown Lexus dealership on Thursday inquiring if I could turn my 2010 Lexus RX in six months early. They said sure, no problem. Your new car will be ready Friday at 2:00. I was greeted by Bob Rossworn, the sales manager, who had all my paperwork ready for me. I then met with Delores Russell who called my insurance company and in literally two minutes had my insurance transferred over. I was then introduced to Neil Fogel, my sales consultant. Neil went over the whole car with me and set up my Bluetooth phone and radio stations ( most important). By the time I was handed my keys, Neil felt like a part of my family. He shared very heart warming stories about his family with me and we had many laughs. This is my seventh Lexus and will not be my last!

Everybody was so friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns. They walked me through every step of the process from the beginning paperwork explaining what each signature and document was for and when it came time to pick up my car they explained all the features in a way that i could remember them. They were very patient with me asking them multiple times how to work the navigation and all it had to offer. At no point did i feel rushed or signs of frustrations on there faces. I would and will recommend the staff that i worked with and i look forward to saying hello to them when i bring my car in for an occasional oil change. If your looking for honesty with a helpful hand then i truly say work with everyone at Lexus of Smithtown.

I have purchased my third Lexus from this dealership. Obviously I place great trust in the dealership. On this occasion I dealt with the personnel checked above and my experience was as good or even better than the other times. The prople were friendly, curteous and, most important, extremely knowledgeable and competent. They made the purchase easy and enoyable. They were very honest in their promises and then did even better. From the sale to the finalization I was very impressed and satisfied with the caliber of the people I dealt with.

My wife and I returned to Lexus of Smithtown to trade in an outstanding car, our 2005 Lexus ES 330, for a different outstanding car, a newer 2010 Lexus RX 350 AWD. We returned because our previous experience with our first car, and the people who sold it and serviced it was so excellent and satisfying. We experienced the same excellence and satisfation this time. The Lexus vehicles are the best in the automotive world, and somewhat less expensive, feature for feature, than other top luxury cars. The staff at Lexus of Smothtown conduct themselves with the best combination of professional yet friendly service. They are courteous and warm, but not casual. They take their work and relationship with very seriously.They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way with every detail of service. This is especially true of the staff who helped us most recently, Michael Mandolese, Abbas Rajani, and Denise Plourde.
