Joli walked me through everything. Gave me demonstration drives in several different models. Never tried to pressure me into making a decision "now".
Took me to the other people in the dealership that handled various parts of the deal.
Everyone was very helpful.

My husband and I worked with Jim Sherron to purchase a certified used Lexus. He was such a pleasure to work with -it was like purchasing a vehicle from a friend. We would highly recommend him and in fact, we already have! We had been to another dealership in the area prior to Lexus of Tucson and were not treated very well. Everyone at Lexus of Tucson Auto Mall were friendly, courteous and accommodating. They allowed us the opportunity to take the car for an extended period of time. That, along with the price, really helped us in making our purchase decision. When we came to pick up the car, I was presented with a bouquet of roses - now, what girl doesn't want a bouquet of roses?!!

Jim was excellent to work with. No pressure, very accomodating, did not restrict where to test drive. The quality of the cars speak for themselves. He worked to locate the car I wanted and the negotiation on price was quick and fair. Going over the financing was straightforward with no pressure for piling on thousands in add-ons. The options were explained as well as the option for purchasing some of the options at a later date.
I would strongly recommend this dealer.

The reason I go to General Sales Manager Ken Demski is he is a straight-shooter. Ken has always found a way to make my transaction a great experience. He is so responsive whenever any car related issues have arisen over the years.

long term relationship with general sales manager ken dempski in phoenix made following him to tucson easy. 2 consecutive leases will bring me back to the dealership at the end of my current contract. i alsoreferred my husband to ken dempski for 2 leases as a show of confidence.

I recently purchased a 2010 Lexus from Ken Demski at Tucson Auto Mall. It was the best purchase experience I have ever had from a car dealership. I even had a friend come with me to pick up my car, because after I told her how pleasant my experience had been, she wanted to test drive a new Lexus for a potential purchase in 2012. I have driven the new 2012 RX350 as a loaner, and cannot wait to upgrade my Lexus. I will continue to work with Ken and the Lexus dealership at Tucson Auto Mall for many years in the future. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car!

LEXUS of Tucson at the Auto Mall is always worth the 90 minute drive we make from Phoenix. Small town, personalized service with great prices. Ken Demski and his team always take great care of us. My wife absolutely loves her GX460. We will definitely purchase from Lexus Of Tucson at the Auto Mall again!

While searching on the internet for customer input on various lexus models I came across this dealer rating review and would like to say I have five Lexus dealerships in Phoenix and Tucson Lexus at the Automall surpasses them all while trying to buy a new Lexus. Ken Dempski, the New Car Manager, is upright and honest when presenting you with: the purchase price, the trade value, the money factors and lease residuals. We have been buying our Lexus from Ken for six years as have our son and daugher and several friends. We drive by three Lexus dealers in Phoenix to pick up our new ones from Ken Dempski at the Automall. In addition, we have purchased several pre-owned Lexus from Mike Boris who also is upright and personal.

My Review of Lexus of Tucson - at the Auto Mall:
My wife and I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Ken Demski, General Sales Mangager and his staff over the years. What keeps us coming back is mainly the quality of vehicles. In addition to that, the ease of service and the use of a "loaner" while the car is being worked on makes it stress free.
I have driven other "top end" vehicles and we will be coming back to Lexus of Tucson at the Auto Mall for our next purchase...the overall package is second to none.
