Was impressed with the excellent service provided by Shawn MacKenzie for my 2010 RX 350 which I purchased in NY. Because of this, decided to shop for the new ES 300h there.
Best car buying experience I ever had!
Joey Medina is a low key, very knowledgeable and honorable sales person. After I purchased the car, he went out of his way to help me sync my garage door opener.
In fact, everyone I dealt with at this dealer was wonderful.

This is my 3rd time buying a car from a dealership and the experience I had at the Lexus dealership on Speedway & Columbus was the ABSOLUTE BEST I've ever had! Luis Santiago is the MAN! He worked with the Ofc/Finance manager and the bank to get me the respect- and interest rate I deserve! Luis saw how much I loved the car and actually listened when I told him how much I was willing to spend.
He was so informative and courteous. He even stayed late to show me how to operate every feature on my car. Although I bought a used vehicle, it was ultra clean and he made me feel like I was buying a new car. My sexy car was polished and ready to be driven off the lot when I went to pick it up.
The excellent service at Lexus made me realize how much I'd been duped in the past at other dealerships. I never want to buy from anywhere else!! He even gave me a dozen of red roses! I felt like Prom Queen! It was a truly amazing experience and I am grateful to have had a sales consultant who actually took care of me. I've recommended Luis and the Lexus family to everyone since. When I tell my friends and family about my car and the service I received, they're jealous:)

We went to Lexus of Tucson, 4373 E. Speedway, to look at buying a certified used Lexus IS250. While there, we had the pleasure of working with Mr. Joey Medina. Joey’s “no pressure” approach took all the angst out of buying our Lexus. Joey was very thorough in explaining the history and options of the car, our financing, and the extended warranties available through Lexus. Joey and Mr. Mike Sitzman worked to get our financing in at the numbers we were most comfortable with. They also gave us a very fair trade in allowance on our older Lexus. Needless to say, this was an excellent experience with all of the staff we encountered at Lexus of Tucson. It is people like Joey and Mike that will keep customers returning to Lexus of Tucson!

I know when I've met my match in professional sales and service of a client. You see I've been in sales for 50 years and I will tell you that I could learn a lot from the likes of Mike and Joey. Many months before I purchased(Feb. 6, 2012) my 2010 Prius from Lexus of Tucson, Mike tirelessly tried to get me into another used Prius. At that moment the timing was not right for me, but the dealer that "I wanted to do business with" WAS RIGHT FOR ME! Driving 123 miles just to purchase a car is not a habit of mine, but it was the right decision. I literally would go out of my way to recommend Mike, Joey and the Lexus of Tucson organization to anyone that would listen. When someone does a great job there is usually not enough traction in that story line to warrant repeating, but even though the bank wasn't robbed and the house didn't burn down - it IS worth repeating. So listen to me - YOU NEED to do business with these people. Not only will you get a good deal(actually a GREAT deal), but if you are like me you will learn how to treat people well. Phenomenal low pressure customer service, easy to purchase a vehicle and Luis Santiago is an excellent, personable and knowledgeable sales person. Despite only purchasing a used vehicle, we felt like we were purchasing a new Lexus. Luis took the time to completely review the features of the vehicle (non-Lexus) before we arrived and went over everything in great detail. Great experience and I would definitely recommend both the dealership and the Salesperson. FYI - I have generally disliked most other car dealership experiences (the other exception was Royal Kia, which was also a great experience). Thanks Bill B.

W.C. made our new car buying experiance a breeze. Top notch customer service was provided by him throughout the course of our Lexus car shopping at the dealership. His years of experience (Certified Master) shows as he is there to answer questions, help you with your test driving of different vehicles and showing you all the details of each car.
