My Review of Lexus of VAlencia:
I walked into the Lexus dealership in our area (Valencia) at about 5 PM and I walked around the cars and looking at prices and vehicles. I was there for about twenty minutes not a salesman came up to me to ask me if I needed to be helped or if I wanted anything. I was very interested in the Lexus IS 250 AWD and ready to trade in my car for it, but no one helped me. Thank You Lexus of Valencia can we please show better customer service skills and sales service?
