Scott is very prompt in responding to my request for service each time I place a call to him. He is very personable, and he always has time to answer my concerns and questions about my car.
It is very convenient to me, to have my car picked up for service.

We recently purchased our fourth Lexus from Lexus of Valencia. Our decision was based not only on the fact that we have been very pleased with both the value and performance of a Lexus, but we also wanted to keep Brian Stover as our service rep. To say that Brian goes above and beyond the call of duty for us, would be an understatement! He has always been extremely helpful, kind, friendly and courteous. He takes care of all of our needs and very patiently answers all of our questions. Brian makes you feel like you're part of the family at Lexus of Valencia. He is a true professional!

I arrived at the dealership to have my car serviced and I was met with a professional service person who immediately handled my paperwork and got me out in just a matter of a few minutes. As a result I was able to go to my business appointments in time and get my assignments completed on time. Great attitude and great service.

Dropped my IS 250 off and was greeted promptly by Chris Brennand. I was treated like gold and out of there in less than 4 minutes.
My 5,000 mile complimentary service was performed and my car came out looking brand new. I appreciate the prompt service
and thank Lexus of Valencia for their treatment. I will come back to Chris on my next service at 10k miles.

I've searched far and wide for an honest Lexus Dealership to find me a Certified RX450h. It was not until John Perkins constant diligence and determination did I finally find the car that met all my expectations. I did not want to travel all the way to Valencia until the right deal was in place. John made sure to work with me until that was done and respected many of my own investigations in the used car. In fact, my own console sliding piece was missing. John personally mailed the parts to me and made sure my transaction was complete. Now that's what I call full service and a true honest salesman. John's been in the business a real long time and if you want that kind of experience, he's the only salesman I would work with. Even though it has been 4 months down the line, John still follows up in email to make sure that his customers are doing great. If I ever need to buy another Lexus, it will only be from John Perkins.

The minute I drove into the service area Shawna jumped out and took all the info for my car. She is super. She gets all the pre-paperwork ready to go fast so that the service advisor gets to me quickly and there is no lag time. She always asks me if I need a ride anywhere or if I would like any complimentary beverages etc. Funny thing is that the service department is always so quick and efficient it would be a waste of time to get a ride anywhere because your car is usually done that fast for regular mainenance!
Bryan always goes above and beyond to make sure all my cars needs are met.
He remembers who I am though he must have thousands of customers, and is very friendly. I have had several complicated issues arise and he does the work. None of the other nonsense you hear from other dealerships where they belittle you and make you call insurance, or corporate to find out which maintenance plan you are on etc. This service department is top-notch! I moved about 45 minutes away but make the drive to Valencia to get my service done because the one 5 minutes away can't do the job right. Thanks guys! I really appreciate you!

I wont ever go anywhere else again to buy a new car. Eddie went above and beyond the call of duty to make this buying experience a great one. Rob Rizzo and Eddie both followed up and made sure I was happy with my purchase. If you're going to buy a Lexus or are in the market for a new car you have to check our Lexus of Valencia
