This was my First purchase at Lexus of Valencia. Al was my sales-rep. I know that I wanted to go back to Lexus because of the quality service I received my first time. I was more then pleased with Al assisting me my First time around. Not only was he patient, he was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any and every question that I had. I look forward to many more years with Lexus and to seeing Al every time I take my car in for servicing. I will definitely be going back to him and his expertise for my second, third purchase!.. My Review of Lexus of Valencia:
Bryan Stover is by far the best maintenance professional I've ever dealt with. I have visited various (5) Lexus dealers and I can say without a sliver of hesitation that Bryan is the best of the best. He always says it straight and never pressures me into any type of repair. In fact, several times, he told me to wait. I've witnessed him deal with several customers all while making each feel like they have his absolute attention. I think going to a dealership when your car is out of warranty can be more costly, but I go back to Lexus of Valencia because of Bryan. I'd rather pay a little more and know that I'm going to be taken care of, than risk it with a cheaper option.

My Review of Lexus of Valencia:
Over all, the service was great. Our only issue of concern was that the (loaner) vehicle that was loaned to us was not ready to be loaned out for the day. For example, As soon as I turned on the ignition on the RX Hybrid the (SERVICE ENGINE OIL)display was dispayed. After arriving to our residence I checked the engine oil level which was fine but noticed that one of the above the engine plastic shield cover was missing all 6 to 7 fasteners that secure the cover down to the engine, basically leaving it un-secured. We also were not impressed with the over all cleanfullnes of the vehicle inside or out. Might want to have the returned loaner vehicles inspected prior to re use!
