I have previously contacted you at your EMAIL address (are you kidding? You handle customer complaint issues through email? And one that you never respond to at that?). Your organization is deceptive and unethical. You have no intention of resolving the issue to my satisfaction or you would have already. This reply is just a way to make it look like you care when you don’t.
