My Review of Life Quality BMW:
I was looking for a 2010 X5 and almost close the deal with other dealer but luckier I called Life Quality. Not only Brett beat the other dealer's price but the whole buying experience was nothing but pleasant. We pretty much worked out all details up front through emails. He listed everything so there was no surprise when we signed the contract this past weekend. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a great price & pleasant buying experience to contact Brett. In fact, I already spread his name among my co-workers!

My Review of Life Quality BMW:
Steve Itkin is a pleasure to work with. He took care of my issues promptly and had me out within an hour. I own 2 BMW's one of which was purchased at Life Quality. The other one which was taken in for service was not even purchased there but I was given the best of service. Kudos to Life Quality & Steve Itkin.

My Review of Life Quality BMW:
GO ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN LIFE QUALITY BMW
Went to them for routine 15,000 mile service on 2001 330cic, car was running great before I went in. They charged me additional $600 to change the hoses.
One week later alternator light comes on, went back and replaced.
Another week or 2 later the expansion tank goes, Robert says the job will be $468 when I go to pick up the total is $668. Something about needing to test the system after the repair to make sure all was working. I'm still waiting to hear from Greg the customer service guy. He was going to look into it and get back to me. And I am not even getting into their super inflated labor fees. Or the lack of transparency in their invoices. I had to requst that the parts be listed separately from the labor as it was just lumped together.

A week later "service engine soon" light comes on and I FLEW to another dealer.
They spent 10 hours looking for the reason and it turned out to be the thermostat in the expansion tank Life Quality had last worked on. They said they had never seen this problem before and did not charge me for the 10 hours. This dealer also changed the belts and valve cover gasket for half of what Life Quality wanted to charge me.

Life Quality in my opinion is a big rip off.

My Review of Life Quality BMW:
I purchased a 2007 750LI from Life Quality BMW. This was my worst car buying experience ever. The car was delivered to me very filthy. Their idea of having a car detailed is running it into the car wash next door. It took them almost a month to pay off my trade. The car was delivered a day late causing me to loose two days from work. The salesman even ran my trade into a parked car when he was moving it causing damage. On a brighter note my Dad picked up an X5 a few days ago. I took him to Hassel BMW. I also take my car for service at Hassel. They treat customers with respect.

My Review of Life Quality BMW:
Some Russian Émigré, picked me up from the tube, never met Anthony Miccio who I bought the car from. Anthony who was too busy to even takes the time to meet me. It took me weeks searching the Internet for the right car, after buying and assuming that all BMW dealerships would provide excellent, polished service like that West Springfield MA BMW & their outstanding salesman Grant Goodwin. It would certainly be of high similar high caliber. BMW surely would have removed it and any others of poor quality, wouldn’t they? It would be similar. This could not have been further from the truth. Starting out in N. VA by getting up at 4 am, I traveled by a 5am train to Brooklyn just to get the BMW wagon. I am a 100% disabled veteran; permanent & total, on a limited budget it’s a struggle to do this, walking really hurts; but the BMW Station wagon.....the BMW seemed worth it. The Russian at a train stop in Brooklyn met me; I know little of the wards of NY. Rushed through the process, I found that the finance paperwork was not in order, I had asked for an extended warranty. Disappearing for a while the Russian came back and told me “Rodney the finance boss has the finance system fixed” it was “just a glitch in the system.” I was told it was in the system but would not show until the next day until it was updated "and I didn't want to pay twice did I?" and "beside a nice August afternoon traffic was building ”and "I would want to miss rush hour, yes?" At the next gas fill up in NJ; I noticed that the back protective matting for the wagon floor was missing (had the same matting in the W.Springfield MA deal and a full size spare at that) Looking in thru the back no mat and further exploration reveals NO spare tire. Numerous calls and a visit to the local large BMW produced just empty promises from Anthony in NY, just hem & haw & a run around. He puts local BMW dealers off. I have on worked on several large & well known cardiac surgical teams. There is only course for my problems (primarily never buy brands) insure my experiences become public; Dr’s love swank conferences and word of mouth is always the best pr & MD’s love to talk about hot cars. To think a disabled veteran endures a odyssey only to find grave worms; what THANKS from BMW this has been.

My Review of Life Quality BMW:
To whom it may concern

I want to bring to your attention that this is second complaining toward Life Quality BMW dealership.
I own BNW 530XIT which was leased from Life Quality BMW, for my business Five Boro Medical Transportation.
Bringing to your attention that on this dealership repairs are done by UNQUALIFIED MECHANICS.
Replacement vehicle you need to wait for long period of time.

In my vehicle radio and remote opening/closing door stop functioning at all. I was turned into the guarantee service for eliminating the malfunction
After 3 days of repairs I was notified by guarantee service that malfunctioning of radio and remote closing/opening doors was caused by improper installation of parking assistant which wasn’t done on their service station, but it was installed by qualified dealer 2 and half years ago, during this period of time radio as well as remote closing/opening doors was functioning perfectly.
After I paid more than $450 and received my car back I was told that everything is fine now that radio and is working fine. When I left service station I checked radio and remote door opening/closing it turned out that it didn’t functioning as earlier before I turned into that guarantee service station.
I was turned to the consultant (his name Anthony) about the inadmissibility of this service and told him that I will complain myself to BMW of North America. His response was that I can complain to who ever I want and when ever I want, He doesn’t care.
In my family we have 3 BMW vehicles but for such worse service I don’t think that we never again going to buy BMW in future as well I’m going to notify many of my friends which going to buy new BWM about this situation with worse repair service.
Such service, which allows Life Quality BMW dealership, will disgrace this outstanding firm as BMW!!!
Sincerely
Leonid Zabara

My Review of Life Quality BMW:
It took them 4 times to repair a simply problem (replace steering wheel) and they would not release a vehicle to you since it has to be quality checked. But was kind of a quality check is that?????????

1st repair: steering wheel no aligned properly and heated steering wheel wasn't connected
2ndt repair: steering wheel not aligned
3rd repair: steering wheel not aligned I had to fight with them to do a wheel alignment in order to fix this problem
4th repair: horn wasn't working because they haven't aligned airbag/horn

last time when I came to pickup a vehicle my 2 wheels were scuffed and bubble on the front tire and the answer they gave me was ...you have signed a disclaimer that we are not responsible....even though the condition report at the time of a drop off was made and this damage wasn't there.
My vehicle was "fixed" at both locations on Ramsey and on 63rd street.

It took them weeks to fix any problem

WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE!

My Review of Life Quality BMW:
I brought my car for service they kept it for a few days and spilled coffee on my WHITE car. After arguing with them for a few days the detailed the car for free however they were unable to take out all the stains in addition my car was making noises. When i called them for an appointment to get this fixed again the told me i have to wait 1 month and they didnt seem to care that i bough 3 cars from them in one shot. I then took my car to open road later to find out that LIFE QUALITY forgot to change my brakes OPS!!!! When i came there for an oil change i spent 40 min. there and no one seemed to care.

My Review of Life Quality BMW:
if you own a bmw do your self a favor and never take it to life quality for service. unexperienced mechanics, stupid advisers, unfriendly and unhelpfull customer service staff. management are as bad as the rest. bunch of clowns representing bmw. what a shame.
people you are better of taking your car to a gypsy mechanic then taking it to lifequality.
they never fix the problem from first time nor the 5th time. thats if they know the problem. if the problem unknown they will keep your car for a week and they promise a day and to top that off they never find the problem.
they give you an appointment for 6 weeks later. you wait all that time and then you go there and they tell you you have no appointment, nothing shown. i think a bunch of first graders can run and manage a business better then the clowns at life quality.

i think they should rename it from life quality to NO quality.
