My overall experience at this dealership was very pleasant. They were not only friendly but courteous. They were effective and quick with the service of my vehicle. Jason and Pam really worked with me and was very patient.

I was up front about my price range to the salesman, Matt S, the managers on 2/21/17 & 2/23/17, and Michelle M. in internet sales. Test drove a 2013 CRV that I liked. Went back to look at it again a couple days later 2/23 (and to get my trade-in appraised), and the best offer was $5000 dollars ABOVE my price range. I understand if a car isn't in my price range, but tell me that upfront, especially when you know I'm paying cash (and therefore have less wiggle room than if I was financing). Why would I come a half hr out of my way when I verified before I left that that car would be in my price range, IF IT WASN'T IN MY PRICE RANGE?
Secondly, the manager on 2/23/17 was patronizing (in a bad way). Even though I told him I had a whole list of 2011 and newer CRVs that are in my price range and with my desired miles (@ other dealers), he insisted that I was wrong--that there couldn't possibly be ones in my price range with my desired mileage and years. He said, "If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is." You mean like you and your workers telling me this car was in my price range??
