Great Customer Service I was introduced to this dealership by my interest to purchase a used Mini Cooper. I called with questions on the unit and AJ took my initial call and I was introduced to this dealership by my interest to purchase a used Mini Cooper. I called with questions on the unit and AJ took my initial call and was excellent in accommodating me with answers to all my questions. As it turned out this vehicle was not exactly what I was looking for but AJ contacted me on two other vehicles over a 3-4 month period to check if I would have interest in those similar vehicles. AJ has always been very professional, polite, and respectful with me. I have always enjoyed his business approach and even though my circumstances will not allow it now, I look forward to a time I may be able to do business with him in the near future. Steven Rhee is THE best! I have purchased two cars from Steven in as many years and highly recommend him! Great Dealer and Sales person I purchased a an ES350. This is my second Lexus purchase from this dealer, and my 4th Lexus auto purchase. When i visited Lexus in Alexandria, Steven, who was very polite and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. The most important thing is u never feel pressure while u were there. From start to finish, he never pushed me or even attempt to convince me to buy the car. I did not buy the car until a week later, obviously I ended up getting ES 350.
