I came in to test drive an RX450h, knowing I probably would purchase one at some point but wanting to check out more than one dealership. I do a lot of research and I ask a ton of questions - and Sid was extremely knowledgeable and answered every single one I had. When he didn't have an answer, he quickly got one for me. I was dreading the experience, but I never felt pressured at Lindsay. Sid was very patient and indulged my need to view several RX450hs in person, even though we had to drive to multiple locations away from the dealership. He walked me through every single aspect of the vehicle. Sid was also very up front about costs and purchase options. And as a female buying a car alone, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of - which has been my experience buying previous cars. In fact, with very little haggling and back-and-forth, I got such a good deal and had such a great rapport with Sid, that I bought my Lexus RX450h that day without going anywhere else. I'm thrilled with my new SUV hybrid! Sid and the Lindsay Lexus team also have been extremely responsive since my purchase with my follow-up questions, transferring my license plates, etc. Sid has worked at Lindsay for a long time and hopefully he will stay for many years to come because I am a customer for life! Jack Blush and Mark Coleman each gave me a test drive, (in a new car and a used car) and explained the car functions, then were quite up front about the costs and purchase options. Very different from the normal car showroom environment, Lindsay Lexus dealt with me in a respectful and businesslike manner. I look forward to a continuing relationship with both gentlemen as I bought a "pre-owned" 2013 Lexus RX350 that looks and acts showroom new.
