I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation on Friday March 22. On Sunday March 24 i realized that the under carriage cover was uneven and hanging on one side and noticed one bolt was loose. I brought the car back in Monday morning 7:45-8am and a service tech I think by the name of Juan (don’t recall his name) handled the issue. His demeanor wasn’t professional and they made me feel like I was bothering them. At no point did he or anyone said We are sorry for the inconvenience. Yes, this was an inconvenience for me. I had to drive back, re-arrange my morning and the least I expect is for someone to acknowledge that it was their fault. An apology goes a long way! The tough guy demeanor doesn’t win business. I guarantee it. On Friday when I dropped the car Alex (if not mistaken) was professional and friendly. Maybe the other guy could learn a few tips from Alex. 2022 Toyota 4Runner White. Lipton knows how to treat customers right. They do full inspections when you bring your car in for service, unlike some of their local competitors.
