My Review of Lithia Cherry Creek Dodge:
Cheery creek dodge is the worst dealership ever. They are all lyers, they dont know anything about their vehicles. It seems like they just let anyone sell cars these days. I am really disappointed about the service that i got from that dealership. The sales, and service department have no manners what so ever. The sales people argue within each other. Even the manager cusses at his sales people. I had just went to the circus when i went to the dealership, and it seems like ringling brothers have nothing on Cherry Creek Dodge. CCD has a better show than the circus

My Review of Lithia Cherry Creek Dodge:
We thought we had an agreed upon price. But when we got there they kept us there for four hours trying to wear us down, sell us add ons, etc. When we thought we had a deal, they then insisted on financing to get the price. Took another hour to work through that. Worst ever experience buying a new car. Will go back after hell freezes over!

My Review of Lithia Cherry Creek Dodge:
Cherry Creek Dodge in Denver is a GREAT place to purchase your next new or used car. I have worked there for a month now and find the management to be the nicest people to work for. They strive on Customer Service as being number one in taking care of customers needs. The Dodge Service Center is Chrysler Certified and the guys in the back really care about the job they do and they do it right. The atmosphere is friendly and you will always feel welcomed and comfortable. My overall experience working there has been way more than I expected since I have worked at another dealer. I find that the pricing on Dodge cars and trucks is a lot lower and they give the customers all the rebates and discount without the hassles. Buy a Dodge car or Dodge truck from Cherry Creek Dodge and you will be glad you did.

My Review of Lithia Cherry Creek Dodge:
Micheal Rush and his manager is really mean. They do not respect people. When i bought the car i told Micheal not to give me any extended warranty or oil change service. He cancelled it and i left on that day. When i went to pay my car loan i found out that extended warranty and oil chage plan was added to my loan. I want back to the dealer to get the money back but the dealer refused to cancel it and told me it is not cancelable in the state of colorado. I tried to talk to his manager, but it seemes they are there to ripp off people like me. His manager told me to leave the building or he is gonna call the police. I told him i myself will call police. i called police and the police officer advised me to get a lawyer as the matter is a civil case.

My Review of Lithia Cherry Creek Dodge:
Dealt with a sales person that new less about the vehicle than i did. Didn't listen to what i wanted and kept suggesting vehicles that i already stated that i was not interested in. The pricing was horrible as they were $45 more a month then the dealer that went with. they also said that i couldn't get any money off w/ Employee pricing when i new for a fact they were lying. Stay away from this dealership as they are a waste of your time.
