Bought a 2017 F150 from Lithia in Bend. A few months later the wipers stopped working, and I took the truck into Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls to get them fixed. I expressed my opinion to the service manager Kevin that I did not feel that I should have to pay for it. His response included "I'm doing you a favor by not charging you the $160 diagnostic fee." He quickly ended the conversation. It is worth noting that this is the second truck I have purchased from Lithia dealerships in the last two years that had safety issues on the road. Read through the reviews and you will find that Lithia consistently provides some of the worst service in the industry, thus why they are one of the few major dealerships that is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Worst customer service in the industry! Bought a truck with 40,000 miles on it and broke down on the first road trip 640 miles from home. They would not return my calls or pick up when they saw my number. Sold me a “ bumper to bumper warranty that covered everything” they failed to disclose that it didn’t cover the exhaust components. They also failed to mention that the vehicle was manufactured in Canada and voided any warranties, especially the 100,000 mile extended warranty that would have covered the exhaust repair. The sales manager Kirby was rude and the dealership is full of crooks. Wasted $38,000! More
