My Review of Lithia:
After buying a used car from Lithia, I found out that they had driven the car up from another dealership and then tried to mark up the price nearly $3000. They knocked off $1500 but I still got hosed. I later had to take the car back for some type of inspection which took all day. They gave me a loaner vehicle which looked like it had just made a cross-country trip with a bunch of teenagers inside. When I returned to pick up my car, all my CDs had been removed and stacked (not in their cases) on the passenger seat and my car was much dirtier than before. I also got a call a week after buying the car asking me to come "sign a few more forms". When I arrived, they informed me that my loan was actually 6 months shorter than originally agreed and that I now owed $50 a month more. I'm not even sure how legal that is, but at that point I just signed the papers and drove off the lot hopefully never to see that place again. Long story short, buyer beware of Lithia of Burlingame!
