My Review of Lloyd Imports BMW-Mazda-Volkswagen:
paid $960 for tranny seals that were leaking, seals were replaced and leaks were fixed however tech had my t.o bearing out and did not replace it and now my t.o is ticking like crazy, dealership offered no help whatsoever and service manager was a complete asshole, he claimed it was a tranny shaft and not a t.o bearing the tech who worked on my car agreed it was the bearing and said "your clutch was so smooth i did not think it needed anything replaced, im really sorry maybe a thicker tranny oil will take care of the ticking" needless to say i will be going to small claims court soon to get my money back and get it fixed right. these people are complete jerks and i for one will never do business there again. bmw na was useless as well saying there's nothing we can do.
b.t.w my t.o bearing was not ticking before the repairs were made.
another thing this is lynch bmw now not lloyd when the lloyds owned it service was quite good now its piss poor.
