My Review of Lloyd Treadway Chrysler Plymth:
First of all I was never given any explanation for my vehicle defect, and once I was told about it, I had to make contact, and then was told two different things. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of courtesy that your entire service dept. showed me. I spent over 1000.00 dollars on service here, and yet I had to beg for someone to explain the problems. People who are unfamiliar with vehicle service have to trust their service personnel. Although I will not ever really know if my vehicle was fixed completely, I guess I will just have to trust you. You can bet that this will not end here, and Chrysler / Treadway will here more from me.
