My Review of Locklear Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia:
I visited Locklear on a Monday, just wanting to 'look' around, but after meeting the staff and receiving the level of customer service I received, I ended up buying an Town & Country from them that day. John Martin was very informative about the vehicle, all the specifications, the warranty; every question I had, he had the answer. That is very important when making such a large purchase...you want to know as much as possible before making a decision! The service I received was second to none, not only from the salesmen helping me, but every other employee I encountered was courteous. I left feeling like I had received a more than fair deal on my new Town & Country, which did not leave me feeling any regrets, and that was a good feeling! John was very nice and very personable, we talked about our families while waiting and really got to like him as a person, not just a salesperson. I was very pleased with the overall experience, which was a welcome surprise. The last time I purchased a vehicle I was frustrated, and very annoyed by many the dealerships I visited prior to Locklear Thank you to each and everyone I encounter. Being from "Up North", it was very nice to meet people with that "Southern Kindness".

My Review of Locklear Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia:
On Feb. 8th 2012 I went to Locklear to just browse the lot and see if they had anything I liked that was in my price range. Was looking for a new car. I had a 2004 Dodge Stratus and really nothing wrong with the car, been a great car. I had a tune up over a year ago at Locklear on that car and the Service Dept was excellent. Anyway on this day I met Wayne Keeton and he was so nice and showed me the Chrysler 200. I picked out this very pretty red one and my husband and I and Wayne drove it. And thought that this might be the car for me. Wayne made our buying experience wonderful. He is so helpful and considerate and very knowledgable about the product. We got a rebate on the new car, excellent trade in on the old one and paperwork signed and out the door but not before Wayne sat in the new car with me and explained all kinds of things to me about the car. I have nothing but good to say about this dealership, sales dept, service dept, finance dept. And especially my friend Wayne Keeton.

Wayne was very nice and very personable, we talked about our families while waiting on an appraisal for my trade in, and really got to like him as a person, not just a salesperson. I was very pleased with the overall experience, which was a welcome surprise. The last time I purchased a vehicle I was frustrated, and very annoyed by all the dealerships I visited...if only I'd have known about the folks down at Locklear Kia then! Thanks for a wonderful experience, and a great deal on my hot new Kia Optima! ;)
