Their list price was higher than other local areas so we made an off My husband and I test-drove a car we found online on their dealership website. Their list price was higher than other local areas so we made an offer based on the online comparisons. Our initial offer was not accepted. The dealership follow up days later in a recorded phone message with a new price offer on the car we test-drove. We called and accepted their offer. However, when we returned set to buy, and with independent financing in hand, they refused to honor the offer they made and raised their price point significantly. They challenged the validity of their phone message. The Sales Rep and Sales Manager berated us so loudly that everyone in the dealership stopped what they were doing and starred at us like we were naughty children who were being disciplined for doing something wrong. We walked out and will never return. The only thing we did wrong was to trust this dealership at its word. More
